8th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!
20th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)I’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. 7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!

They have done a truly professional job, and the flat has been tenanted for almost 100% of the time. Our contacts at Obbard have been consistently professional, friendly, and easy to reach. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance in the property market.

They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile. They offer the personalised approach that you don't get with big agents. 10 out of 10- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
