Hamptons provided a first class service selling my house. Under a tough remit and timescale Josh and the gang went to work professionally and diligently to successfully reach my expectations. I was especially grateful for the level of communication they provided and the manner in which they approached negotiations. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Hamptons assisted us with locating a property for rent as we are new to the UK. Property is a nice place with the exception that it was rather dusty when we moved it. The only area for improvement is to provide all documentation requirements to tenants in one-go and not on piece meal basis.

Did not sell the sub £1m property within a 2 month marketing period. However, they got a decent number of viewings in, the marketing materials were good and the team was relatively easy to communicate with.
Working with the Winkworth Fulham & Parsons Green team was an absolute pleasure. They are a professional and friendly outfit that made my first rental experience in London a seamless one. I worked with Oliver and Georgia, both of whom were extremely knowledgeable, polite and always available to answer the many questions that I had. I visited several other estate agents during my property search, none of which were on the same level as the Winkworth team whom I can highly recommend.
I had an extremely negative encounter with Winkworth. I called twice to explain that I would need to move my viewing time to 6:30PM (after which by the way, I had sent two emails to ask about my appointment and to inquire more info about the flat - BOTH of which the agent didn't bother to respond to). Even though the agent agreed that this time was fine before I rushed out of work to make the appointment, the agent decided at the last moment that she couldn't be bothered to wait just an extra 5 minutes while I ran from the tube station to the flat.
By the way, I also messaged the agent when I was on my way before I set off and provided step by step updates of when I would get there, and that I would only be five minutes late from the revised time that she had said was OK. It was not until I was only a couple stops out that the agent decided she wouldn't wait. Oh, and she didn't even wait until 6:30, which was my revised and agreed upon appointment time. It begs the question -why not communicate that you could no longer accommodate sooner? Do you enjoy wasting people's time?
I am deeply displeased that I went through multiple hoops to communicate and be courteous in explaining my timeline, but this agent had such little decency to do the same, despite being given multiple opportunities. I strongly recommend avoiding Winkworth.
Tom and Barclay were very knowledgeable of the local market and acted professionally throughout. In addition they dealt well with a tricky situation and achieved a positive outcome. Would thoroughly recommend.
Here is what happened when my wife and I rented a two bedroom flat in Fulham with Strutt & Parker last May.
The moment we walked into the property we realised that it was not professionally cleaned as we had been told and we also found several things left by the previous tenants which we had to carry out ourselves. We examined the property from top to bottom and by the time we got to the kitchen we discovered that under the kitchen units there were hundreds of mice droppings, sign of a clear ongoing mice infestation.
We left the property in shock and my wife, who was in her 32nd week of pregnancy was so distressed that she eventually had to see a doctor. I explained the situation to Strutt & Parker but they underestimated the gravity of the situation and told me to contact the landlady myself.
The landlady scheduled a pest control inspection, I met the expert at the property who confirmed the gravity of the infestation and told me that they would try to fix the problem but they could not guarantee that it would not happen again since the property was surrounded by restaurants.
I gave Strutt & Parker a copy of the inspection report and I told them that the property was a serious health threat to my wife's pregnancy and the newborn and that we would ask to terminate the tenancy. I also informed the landlady who accepted to terminate the tenancy but did not apoligise to us and did not want to discuss the matter any further. The termination was conditional to the full deposit being returned to us and one full month rent being paid to the landlady.
We were glad it was over at last, even though my wife and I were the only ones who got damaged, both financially and emotionally.
I would not recommend them, they are completely unethical and insensitive.

We found the whole team to be great! Fred was excellent interactive attentive always on the ball very hard working and diligent with a great sense of humour. We had a complex and difficult inexperienced purchaser who was gratuitously offensive agressive and slow if we had not had Fred and the team keeping us calm we would probably have thrown in the towel. We got there and in this very difficult market that’s a great achievement. We priced the property to sell and it did: no faffing. We love Knight Frank

The worst experience in my life with any agency or any institution.
Many problems before I moved in. Problem from my side always was the most important and one thing which they repeated was that I will loose flat if i do not something...When I was needed them to do something quickly... no, never.
However we finally moved in. Thank for that. But it's almost two weeks after and none of any issued was fixed this time. Main door are opened by fob key. It's HORRIBLE for two people to live with one key!!! still nothing. I have to deal with this alone. There is main procedure for fob for this building which they dont know... I don't have a water in the shower from two weeks. Nothing happened!!!! I beggin them that water is important and the fob...nothing. Since I moved in they dont care. They really dont care about tenant.
I was thinking that agency will be secure and safe solution. That I could trust them more that private person. Now I have completely different opinion.
