We have been dealing with Michael from the Fulham South office, who has been absolutely fantastic - always quick to answer an email, on time and happy to go above and beyond, he showed us a range of flats that were all suitable, and managed to find us a new home.. In one viewing!
Extremely unprofessional agency. Multiple issues in a property managed by them which took over 2 years to resolve.
Further, don’t expect the return of your thousands of pounds of deposit to be returned in good time. It is not of importance to them and you will be chasing very regularly. 2 months and counting.
AVOID - if you like a property, see if other agencies are listing the same one and go with them.
Although I am aware of the general reputation of this chain of estate agents, I can highly recommend Rebecca Boon of the Fulham branch who, despite extremely difficult circumstances, handled our sale with great diplomacy, consideration & diligence. Congratulations.
Very poor, their vendor did the dirty on me twice after verbal agreements, compounded by both salesmen leaving at short notice without them or the office even having the courtesy to call and let me know. ..............just email returned without advice on what to do.
Anthony Calder has helped us to find two new homes in the past 3 years. He is incredibly attentive and honest. His market knowledge far surpasses anyone in the business. If you are looking to rent a home in Fulham I highly recommend Anthony!!!
I only met Alex Martin on Savills, but it's been a pleasure meeting her (and I would never think I would say that of a real state agent :) ). She was very human in the way she treated my couple and myself. During the visit to the apartments she gave us plenty of time to visit, she answered sincerely to all our questions and she gave us valuable advises. She was also very supportive during the contract signing process, contacting the landlady and spending plenty of time to explain us all the different details in the contract. Once the contract was signed, she made sure that the apartment would be in perfect state for us to move in, which is really appreciated. And the cherry on the pie was a bottle of champaign as move-in gift!! :)
In summary: Savills will be the first agency we will contact if we ever decide to move to another apartment, and I will recommend Savills to anyone needing a real state agency in the area.
In letting out our flat, Brik could not have been more helpful. Unlike many agents, calls are returned promptly, we were kept closely in touch with viewing feedback and there was top class attention to detail. We have used Brik before and will recommend them to our friends.
Let my flat out with these guys having dealt with them before and been very happy. Have read below reviews and seen Alex and Georgina (who has now left) being praised and I would totally agree with that - both very efficient and helpful. Alex was the one who actually found my tenants this time around. Ryan on the other hand is useless, there aren't enough characters in this text box to list all his deficiencies but to name a few: 1. Deposit not collected before keys were handed over and tenants moved in. 2. Numerous errors in the tenancy agreement including putting Brik's bank details for rent payment instead of mine when I had clearly instructed them to do the former. 3. Gas certificate and check in report took over a month to be sent despite numerous chasers. 4. Completed references were submitted to Brik who sat on them for a further 2 weeks which delayed the start of the tenancy. My sentiments were echoed by the tenants who were also left frustrated by the slow response times, phone calls going unanswered etc. When I complained I was met with false promises of call backs from one of the founding partners, Chris Littewood. I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, but the lack of a response to a complaint and a broken promise was disgraceful in my book. Avoid at all costs...
