In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. 18th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)They scam people like it’s a normal thing to do. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! You need to investigate everything by yourself to triple make sure and then put everything into the contract if they promise anything. Just an example during our purchase: Purchased this flat with bathroom leak. Promised it’s already fixed. Got a surveyor myself and got back to me it’s still leaking. Promised again it’s fixed. Promised us for the 3rd time, just before the purchase!!! said “they spent £4000 to fix it properly” Bought the flat, moved in, even not a single sign that the bath panel is opened. All silicone around it are old. And, it’s still leaking with severe damp issue (damp meter showing 45%) Asked them to fix after the purchase but don’t get any reply after weeks.
