Sebastian Greenwood is a legend. if you use foxtons, ask to speak to this guy - he doesnt take you to see a pile of crap and understands straight away what you want, streamlining the process. Not pushy, nice guy, and knows his trade.
While you expect London lettings agencies to be brutal, Foxtons Fulham cranks it up a notch. Tenants beware. We placed a conditional offer on a property that was accepted based on conditions. We then signed the let contract based on our offer's acceptance by the landlord. When the landlord failed to deliver on the offer conditions we went back to Foxtons. They shrugged their shoulders, said too bad and that the landlord doesn't need to keep their end of the deal. Alex Cima and Rupert Simmonds over-promise, under deliver and will blatantly lie to seal the deal in favour of the landlord.
Always friendly, so helpful and they even went the extra mile for me on several occasions. I really appreciated their professionalism and the care they took throughout the whole process of buying the house. Thank you!
Hamptons assisted us with locating a property for rent as we are new to the UK. Property is a nice place with the exception that it was rather dusty when we moved it. The only area for improvement is to provide all documentation requirements to tenants in one-go and not on piece meal basis.
I recently rent a studio from Savills Fulham and everything worked out smoothly. Anthony Calder from Savills Fulham is super nice and helpful. He arranged the viewing for me and sorted out all the paper works efficiently. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for their next place to live. Thanks Anthony!
Savills in Fulham handled a difficult sale for us magnificently. They held our hand throughout difficult negotiations and dealt with potential purchasers and us sensitively and with utmost professionalism, working tirelessly to obtain the best offers. We can recommend their services without hesitation.
We work closely with London Habitat, as they help us find tenants for our properties. Once a tenant has been found, the process is smooth and stress-free. Strongly recommended. Bler and Bekim are always happy to help.
Greedy and untrustworthy. After our deal to pay in advance 5000£ for a studio in Cricklewwod, 3 months rent plus agency fees e.c.t, the next day they said that because of my unsatisfactory references i should pay 6 months up front rent, 7500£. After i rejected their offer, finally they made me the favour to procced with our first agreement. So if i had accepted to pay 7500£ probably they would asked me for 10000£. They were really hilarious! Instantly i cancelled the deal and i asked for a refund which was clearly stated that in case of unsatisfactory references it would be refundable.Of course they didn't. Be carefull guys, London is full of vultures.London Habitat is a great example.
We rented our flat through Brik and I am really happy we did.
The thing about Brik is that they are 'normal', there is no suited and booted, estate agent waffle that you get with other's on the High St, it is like renting a property with a professional friend.
They found us a great tenant and the rent is collect and paid without having to lift a finger! Every e-mail and phone call was met with a friendly and professional manner and the reply was always prompt. All the staff were able sort out any issues or queries we had and continue to have.
I worked mainly with Elizabeth and Georgina and they were just lovely.
This review is based on the renting of a 1 bed flat in Parsons Green.
Our initial agent, showed us the property and was able to answer questions. However he did state that Brik were the managing agent of the property... they are not. So where we thought any problems with the flat they would be able to sort out, we actually have to deal with the landlord. We only found this out after moving in.
The office administrator, tried to charge us extra money on our deposit. We paid what they asked for, the amount on the lettings agreement, but she tried to insist that they’re system had calculated it wrong and that we should be paying more. We did not pay it, as the contract is law.
We were also sent the wrong inventory.
They don't quite understand the irony of us paying a £200 contract fee that’s actually a template and they will not allow any changes too. The argument being, “other people have no problem with it.”
In general, I've found them quite rude, lacks customer service skills and are a sloppy business. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Wonderful service experience from Joana Ferreira. Looking after my property very well. I feel a great sense of comfort and confidence.
Very professional until the day we moved in!
Our move went very smooth and they assured us in moving in as quickly as possible which was important for us
They have arranged for our entry on a Sunday!
However after that we discovered that all the tenants in the building had some issues with their flats (normal in a new build) and Complete were not helpful at all.
We are now in our flat since 2 months and they have been responding to our emails just keep saying that they are on the case, and keep saying the same thing over and over again.
I would not recommend them at all
