29th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.
12th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.
6th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I was very happy with how the sale of my property has been dealt with. The agents were always on time for any arranged meetings very professional.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Halls handled both my sale and purchase and were helpful and efficient throughout. Communication was excellent, much appreciated during what turned out to be a somewhat lengthy and therefore stressful process. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Kathryn was calm and supportive throughout the process, always responding to our queries speedily.- 22nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)To the Oswestry team at Halls a Big Thank You for support throughout my long distance buying process. From Colleen who found me the perfect property to Stephanie who got me to exchange you have all been wonderful and your genuine care professionalism and reliability has been much appreciated in my escape to the country .

We are very grateful for all the help we received and would wholeheartedly recommend the team to anyone looking to sell their home.- 8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Andy was excellent on the initial visit and Anna was great in the office. The time to sell said it all.

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I have used this company for both lettings and sales and can highly recommend them, as being professional, reliable and friendly. I am an ex estate agent, so that sets the bar high! My dealings were primarily with Fiona on lettings and Charlotte in the sales department. They certainly did not disappoint.
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I cannot recommend Northwood Estate Agents Wrexham highly enough. They have done an excellent job from start to finish, taking my property to market efficiently, securing a buyer within just a few weeks and successfully completing the sale within three months of the process starting.

A special thank you to Sion for preparing the marketing materials and getting the property live on Rightmove and across social media channels, presenting it professionally and ensuring it gained great exposure.

Also, a big thank you to Joanna for arranging and conducting the viewings and, importantly, keeping communication flowing throughout the sales progression. Her updates, support and professionalism throughout made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

A fantastic example of great teamwork, excellent communication and a genuinely professional service throughout.

Thank you to the whole team at Northwood Wrexham. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property!
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.
