10th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered. Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!
12th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

5th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Staff at the Ironbridge office, particularly Will, were very helpful and seemed to be doing all they could to ensure our purchase went through smoothly. Our initial inquiry was to the Much Wenlock office who were unable to give us a copy of the details for the property and didn't seem able to print out a set. Similarly our final experience was with the Telford office who delayed the handover of keys to the property. They claimed they were waiting for confirmation that payment had been received even though we had been given confirmation more than an hour earlier that this had happened.

9th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I’ve rented a few properties and these were by far the best letting agents I’ve dealt with! I had to pleasure of meeting Lucy and Kelly who were both lovely. I predominantly spoke to Kelly who was so friendly and had excellent communication. If/when I next move I will definitely aim to go with Peter James again!
28th May 2026 (23 days ago)Rented a house from them. The worst experience ever. You will never feel like you have a house. They just want your money. Your rights to privacy or your problems to be solved does not exist. Be very CAREFUL!!!

When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nock Deighton Lettings Telford as the ‘go to’ Agent.

10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)As a new landlord, I was extremely anxious about the whole process, especially with the new laws and regulations etc. However, I’m so delighted I chose Barker Healey! They came recommended by two separate people who both said they had positive experiences and I can see why! Claire, the manager of lettings, was amazing from start to finish. Very thorough and detailed, all processes were clear, information about their fees were transparent etc. She answered all of my questions and wasn’t put off with the amount of them. She was so polite and respectful. She was very patient and understood my situation. She created a lovely post about my property and she showed a range of prospective tenants around the property. Her communication was excellent and she kept me informed at all stages. In life, you have to trust your instinct and I’m glad I trusted mine with Claire. Moving away means I won’t be able to oversee my property and I feel I can fully trust Claire and her team to oversee and manage it. She has taken a huge weight off my mind. Her diligent, conscientious work ethic means I haven’t been as anxious as before and it’s one less thing for me to think about! BH: Fair, polite, honest, hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough and well organised with regular communication. Thank you to Claire and the team at BH! They maintain communication throughout a lengthy process, repeatedly checking the sale progress with both the buyer and seller. They respond rapidly and positively to all requests. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process. From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
