Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

The whole team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The respect they showed when valuing the property was so kind and realistic . Any time we called with a query , it was death with so efficiently. The whole process was amazing and we would highly recommend them .

We made the mistake of not going with them from the start of the process - and were blown away by how good they were when we moved to them after many fruitless months and much frustration. Edward handled things so well. He was incredibly thorough and dedicated, empathetic and sensible. He kept us fully informed throughout, was proactive, showed copious common sense and offered wise counsel. He turned what was a stressful, worrying experience into a smooth, positive one. Highly, highly recommended.
