Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

During our viewings and throughout the process so far, Dan has taken the time to answer our questions, provide helpful background information, and communicate with the seller whenever needed. His response time is excellent, always getting back to us quickly by email or phone. Dan is approachable, easy to talk to, and consistently professional. Although we are still in the process of purchasing the property, we’re very grateful for his support and guidance so far.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward. Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Buying a property can be stressful but they really helped make the process much easier for us. Tim doesn’t just wait for people to get in contact with him, before our house was on the market he had contacted people looking for a house like ours to offer them a viewing.

Freddie was interested and not rushing me to view the property was very professional and helpful agent. Next day Freddie was even getting feedback and my thoughts to feedback to the landlords.
