30th Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)PLEASE READ THIS! The agency has low standards and poor principles when it comes to honesty. We were interested on a property we found on zoopla so we call the agency to arrange a viewing. The agent said we had to wait for 2 weeks as the person in charged of the viewings was on annual leave. After 2 weeks waiting we called again and been told viewings wouldn't start for another 2 weeks. We called the office and left message but the agent never returned the call. The property was rented 2 days after. What a waste of time!

13th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.
9th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We were approached by Aimee from Connells after our house had been on the market for a few months with another agent. From the off she was a complete professional, empathetic, personable and clearly passionate about her job. After deciding to change and use Connells we have found the whole team to be charming, helpful and organised. I had given birth during the months the house was on sale and whilst at home recovering the team were always so respectful and friendly. Josh in particular was fantastic and always made viewings a breeze. When the sale of the house was going through Tracey was outstanding in her communication and really helped with any issues that came up with the solicitors. She was always up to date with what was going on and we never felt like we were chasing for information in what is the most stressful point of selling. The whole team though have honestly been great and anyone else we met along the way have known all the information they needed and have been thorough, warm and approachable. I really felt like they worked so hard to sell our house in what is a really difficult time in the current climate. I am so glad we decided to use Connells to sell our house as the whole process has been so easy and smooth and would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to others. Its a ten out of ten from us!

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.- 15th Apr 2024 (4 days ago)Working with Connells has been simple and quick. Izzy Gwillim has been professional and helped us the entire way get through the process in a speedy and efficient manner. I'd definitely recommend their services.

13th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have never met Joe, but have communicated with him on the phone and via email. with regard to the purchase of an apartment. He has been first class throughout the long, drawn-out process. Emails have been promptly answered. However naive my question he has never betrayed the irritation he was probably experiencing. It has been a pleasure to work with him, and I cannot speak more highly of him.

2nd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Superb all round. Matt was so approachable and ‘non salesy’ which was really important to me when picking an agent. As a result of his approach I knew I could have very honest and to the point conversations with him which I love as it saves so much time. I had an offer on my property within a week and the process has been so smooth. Special thanks also to Teresa who dealt with the sales progression, her communication was excellent, replying to emails quickly and generally keeping me up to date every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about the area, and had a list of benefits re our house that would be relevant to prospective purchasers. We had no hesitation in choosing them over the other agents that we saw. A few months on we've sold the house and have the perfect buyer - fabulous! A very happy customer.... :-)

25th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I definitely recommend Northwood estates. I recently moved in the United Kingdom so didn’t know how the system works , however I received a lot of help from Patience which is one of the agent of Northwood . I’m very happy that I chose them.
17th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)From the first phone call to ask Jonathan to come round and tell me what I needed to do to sell my home, to the last to say we had completed John and Jonathan could not have done more to get the property sold. I was treated with respect and kindness. Unfortunately for me my sale fell through twice before I got my final buyer. Despite the market being very tough John and Johnathan managed both times to get me sold again within 24 hours. I cannot recommend these two guys enough. If I could give 6 stars I would.
