26th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!
26th May 2026 (24 days ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)My mum and myself would like to thanks Connells for all their help with our recent house sale. 8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)After spending six months on the market with another agent, I noticed the difference Wards offers from my first meeting with Mark. From his initial valuation visit, he gave me confidence in the price and that my flat would sell quickly with Wards. I felt the same confidence when I met Darren and Ollie. The whole team is straightforward, experienced, and very pleasant to deal with. They know the town and understand the buyers and I think having an office on Hythe High Street makes a big difference. I always felt my flat was more likely to appeal as a weekend home, and Wards found exactly that buyer within a couple of weeks of marketing it. This says a lot considering the previous agent didn’t produce an offer in six months. Once the offer was agreed, Amanda handled the progression well. She kept things moving, dealt directly with the solicitors, and was always helpful when I needed an update. That took a good amount of stress out of the process. Everyone I dealt with was approachable, professional and easy to get hold of, and the whole process felt personal and attentive rather than transactional. I would recommend Wards as first choice to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in Hythe.

15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)We have been fortunate to have used Martins Estates and Lettings for the last 25 years in letting out our properties and more recently selling them. Glenn, Michelle and their brilliant team go above and beyond when dealing with any queries, in finding the right tenant and helping to look after your property. We have been using Martins with our rental properties for 25 years and we couldn’t recommend them more. We have recently sold 2 properties too through Martins and it has been a very smooth process, helped by using their recommended solicitor, Laurie Buckham at Bucksford Law who has also been brilliant. Thank you all at Martins Estates and Sales you do a phenomenal job and we are sad to not be needing your services anymore! It’s been a great quarter of a century!

The communication was great throughout , from the initial viewing with Vicky to the deposit and subsequent exchange.Kerry the progression lady was great and really knew her stuff,Dealing with and liaising with the seller on my behalf in order to get over the line. Which really helped with all the new home anxieties. Moving is always stressful but they made the whole process so easy and ultimately exciting. Cannot recommend them enough.

I first contacted Mark after being recommended to him and, from our very first conversation, he was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. When he visited my property, he immediately understood the difficulties I was facing and showed a level of kindness and compassion that I will never forget. Mark went above and beyond to help me. He dedicated a huge amount of his own time to researching my circumstances, providing expert advice, preparing detailed correspondence on my behalf, and ensuring that everything was properly documented. He even covered postage costs himself, despite having absolutely nothing to gain financially from helping me. Throughout what has been an incredibly challenging and stressful period, Mark was a constant source of support. He was patient, professional, honest, and always willing to explain things clearly. His knowledge of the property and lettings sector is exceptional, but what really sets him apart is his integrity and genuine desire to help people. Without Mark's guidance, encouragement, and tireless efforts, I would never have made the progress I have today. He consistently went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect and showed a level of dedication that is extremely rare. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping people, I would recommend Mark without hesitation. An absolute credit to his profession.

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)We have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, and Aaron Turner has been a delight to work with. Although he was acting for the vendor, he invested more time and energy in keeping our purchase moving than our own estate agents did with our sales. He is calm, measured, experienced, proactive, and an excellent communicator. When my partner’s sale fell through and we had to pull out of the chain temporarily, Aaron was pragmatic and constructive about helping to get things moving again quickly. Since then, he has worked hard behind the scenes to keep momentum going. Having dealt with mediocre and poor estate agents in the past, Aaron — and by extension Strutt & Parker — stands out as the best we have experienced.

They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or emails throughout the process. We successfully secured a rental property, and from an impromptu viewing to collecting the keys, the entire process took just two weeks. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and genuine friendliness were refreshing in the current market and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. Tony and Katie truly went above and beyond and have restored our faith in great customer service. Although the purchase had no chain we unfortunately ran into a number of delays along the way. Despite the fact that we weren’t the ones paying Hunters the team were incredibly proactive in chasing things up and helping to keep the process moving forward. Their communication was exceptional – they kept us updated, responded quickly and were always helpful whenever we had questions. Buying a property can be stressful but they really helped make the process much easier for us. We would definitely recommend Hunters to anyone buying or selling a property.- 9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I met Lara when she came round to value the house. She was amazing. 8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Maps estate agent could not have been better, they have been amazing, constant communication, above and beyond doing more than they needed to so we had a great transition between sale and purchase, we had a slight complication within the chain due to another agent phoned maps nothings a problem they communicated with all involved and sorted everything out that day I’d never use any other agent I will be recommending to anyone I can, thanks again Johnny and team, you really took the stress out of moving

30th May 2026 (20 days ago)As a first time buyer, I cannot fault Miles & Barr one bit. From point of viewing, all the way through to exchange I have felt supported, listened to, understood and well taken care of! For context, I have had a very difficult sale, that’s been going on for over 14 weeks that has caused blood/sweat/tears and sleepless nights! I was assigned Debbie Thwaites to my case and I have to say without her - I wouldn’t have got through it! Not only did she provide professional guidance & advice, she was emotionally supportive which was above all, the most important part to me. She listened when I needed to rant, she bigged me up when I needed a boost, she laughed when I needed cheering up, and was a shoulder to cry on! Debbie needs true recognition for her dedication to the role. Alongside this, I also had James Cussen step into the case and I couldn’t fault him either, he was extremely helpful, offering some really helpful guidance where suitable, very communicative, supportive, understanding and overall great. Honestly, without these 2 people I would’ve given up months ago. In addition to this, whenever I rung the Ashford office, I always had friendly voices answer the phone, which really helped & made a difference!! Miles & Barr really do care. I stand by that and will definitely be coming back if I need to sell in the future!
