Howard is extremely experienced and knowledgable about his sector and he is surrounded by a delightful team who are professional and great communicators. 24th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Its a difficult market for selling. Properties are listed in abundance with valuations perhaps starting too high. Buyers are few and far between which meant that we had only 4 viewings over the same number of months. Every viewing is therefore critical and needs your agent to be fully appraised of features and any questions answered. Initial valuations versus actual market sale price need to be considered carefully.
20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)The sale is still ongoing and Exchange and Completion are far from certain as the prospective buyer is having delaying problems with the sale of their own property. If nothing happens soon. I may have to discuss with Connells whether they should find another buyer. No deposit has been paid so I don’t really know if the buyer is fully committed to wanting to buy the bungalow, or not.

4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Absolutely zero communication after expressing interest in a property, despite chasing several times..politely. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.
