7th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly. What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay
7th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Extremely poor experience dealing with Hilton Estates.<br><br>Construction works at a neighbouring property resulted in roof tiles and building debris being left in the shared alleyway, which damaged my Ethernet cable and left my internet connection to my outhouse/office unusable.<br><br>I repeatedly contacted Hilton Estates about the issue and was repeatedly told that it would be dealt with. I was also told that a skip would be arranged to clear the debris. It ultimately took approximately one month for the alleyway to be cleared.<br><br>In the meantime, I had to take matters into my own hands and arrange the necessary repair to my damaged network connection. I have now paid £450 for the repair and installation work myself, as well as £96.95 for replacement equipment and materials, bringing my total costs to £546.95.<br><br>I have provided the relevant invoices, receipts and supporting evidence, yet despite the repair now being completed, I still have not received payment or clear confirmation that the £546.95 will be reimbursed.<br><br>There was also a telephone conversation in which reimbursement of the repair costs was discussed, which I have retained for my records.<br><br>While I acknowledge that the alleyway has now finally been cleared, taking approximately a month to resolve the issue and the continued failure to resolve the outstanding reimbursement are extremely disappointing.<br><br>The communication and handling of this matter have been poor throughout. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photographs, invoices and written confirmation of any commitments when dealing with this company.

The staff are very warm, kind, helpful and very professional, special mention to Dilraj who has been very helpful and understanding in every way. They kindly gave us full refund of the deposit after we left our rented house and did not deduct any money. I would highly recommend recommend Asford Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and a committed experience.

8th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)If possible I’ll give them zero star, NEVER rent with them. Their properties are unkept with bedbugs and you might never get your deposit back from them. They are unorganized set of people especially Ben and Liam are so rude. ADVICE NEVER RENT WITH THEM

I had a sale fall through recently and Harvinder was able to support me with getting a reliable tenant secured within the month. I was updated every step of the way. You can really trust Century 21. They're so honest and professional! No matter who comes and goes, it seems they only employ good, decent people.

10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)An absolute nightmare!<br><br>We enquired about a potential investment property with a tenant already in situ and decided to make an offer.<br><br>We were told that the tenant had been living in the property for a long time and had always paid the rent on time. However, when the process started at the end of March, we asked for proof of rental income and that’s when everything changed.<br><br>We were then told that the landlord was actually in the process of evicting the tenant because they had stopped paying rent.<br><br>The agency and landlord were clearly aware of this, but this was never mentioned to us until we specifically asked for proof of rental income. Had we known this from the beginning, we would never have proceeded.<br><br>Unfortunately, by that point we had already paid a deposit and invested a significant amount of time into the purchase, so I decided to continue. Due to the eviction, the process was heavily delayed, but we eventually managed to exchange and complete on the property.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, we repeatedly asked the agency to arrange a viewing of the property, but they showed very little interest in doing so.<br><br>Once we finally gained access to the property, we discovered several issues, including problems with the electricity and gas supply and a front door that was not working properly.<br><br>Because the eviction issue was not disclosed to us upfront, we ended up losing over £3,000 dealing with the consequences — including finding a new tenant, agency fees, maintenance and other costs.<br><br>The whole experience was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the agency had simply been transparent from the start.<br><br>I would not recommend this company to anyone.
15th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Shiv is very good at his trade and balances landlords and tenants exceptionally well. He's a good negotiator and knows the localities well. I've dealt with him for over 10 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend AKS estates for any real estate related transactions.
