They guided me through each stage clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made the whole process much easier and less stressful.<br><br>I particularly appreciated the attention they gave to my requests and the way they communicated with both myself and the landlord. 28th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)A great experience with Stamfords. I had an awkward property that was difficult to market, subject to probate, and beset with delays. Through all the ups and downs they never faltered. Communication was excellent, they never broke a promise and finally got it to the finish line - when many other agents would have dropped it as too much hard work. I will always appreciate the care and attention that helped me through the most difficult times.

No matter what the query or issue is, he responds promptly, keeps me informed and goes above and beyond to find a solution.<br>His communication is excellent, and he treats people with genuine respect and kindness, making what can often be a stressful process much easier. It's clear that he takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and always follows through on what he says he will do.<br>If you're looking for an estate agent, I highly recommend contacting Regions Estates. Their professionalism, knowledge and commitment to their clients really set them apart.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. 10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)We met up with KARWOOD properties and Bill was there on the first day and he showed us few properties and once we selected 1 of the options he took he to the property himself and explained everything. We later then confirmed with the property and bill suggested us ideas and opinions with what to do next and made the process very easy. Thanks to Bill and the whole of KARWOOD properties.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Following today's experience regarding the viewing of Acacia Mews, I wish to cancel tomorrow's rearranged viewing and request that no further correspondence be made to me regarding this property or any future properties through your agency.<br><br>My husband and I took time out of our day to attend a viewing that had been confirmed. We arrived on time, waited patiently despite the agent arriving late, and then waited further while issues with the burglar alarm were resolved. After all of this, we were informed that the owner was unwilling to allow the viewing to proceed because she claimed she had not been informed, despite the property already being open and the alarm having been switched off.<br><br>What was most disappointing was not simply that the viewing did not take place, but the complete lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. At no point did we receive a sincere apology for the inconvenience or the considerable amount of our time that had been wasted. Instead, we were simply asked for our next availability, as though the experience had been acceptable.<br><br>Having travelled to the property, rearranged our day, and waited patiently throughout, I found the entire experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. It has unfortunately left me with little confidence in your agency's level of organisation and customer service.<br><br>I appreciate that unforeseen issues can occur. However, the way they are managed is what reflects the professionalism of an agency, and regrettably, this experience fell far below the standard I would expect.<br><br>*Please remove my details from your mailing list, and do not contact me regarding this or any other properties in the future*<br>Kind regards

Any time an issue arise in the apartment, they acted immediately to resolve it. Moving out and getting my deposit back was also a completely smooth, stress-free process.
