18th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)They think an awful lot of themselves but had no idea how to sell my mothers house. They post everything everywhere and hope for the best. Quite literally walked in with my mum one day and they had no idea who she was. Please, please don't use.

They both made the process from finding a property to moving in so smooth. Harrison and Lawrence are great assets to William H Brown ??????
24th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)This is the fourth house we have sold and was unquestionably the best experience we have had. We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. This was confirmed by quality of the sales materials they generated: the prose was persuasive and the grammar faultless. All of the many visits were handled most professionally by Tom Spencer and his team and we were particularly grateful for the post-sales advisor Julie Vassar who would always call us back and keep us in the loop.

Also they did all but one of the viewings which was better for us as wefeel it is very daunting showing prospective byers round the house. We also got feedback from the viewings promptly.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

16th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.

I was kept up to date at all times, with a sale being reached very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend Whittley Parish to anyone who has a property to sell.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

22nd Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

Its so nice to have an estate agent who can answer your questions and give you ideas about the potential of a property especially as we were viewing ones that needed some tlc. She is real credit to the company.
9th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I highly recommend using your move Harleston, to anyone buying or selling a property. From start to finish, the team were polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused. Their excellent service really stood out, and I am very grateful for all their help throughout my purchase.
