He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.

As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. 31st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

19th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)We have just completed on the purchase of our first family home with Sinnott Green.<br><br>We were grateful to have honest, efficient and friendly mediation through Andrew & Tom to the sellers.<br><br>After a bad experience we really appreciated that they kept to their word in reserving us the property we loved and halted viewings once the negotiation had been set and agreed. There were immediate remedial works to be undertaken post house survey and we also felt that Sinnott Green advocated for us in this instance in encouraging the sellers to act promptly.<br><br>Much appreciated and we can confidently reccomend them to any future buyers.
