From our initial viewing to signing the contract, moving in and finally getting back our full deposit, they provided a stellar service. The few times we needed something fixed in the flat Urtopia dealt with it swiftly and everything was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I absolutely recommend Urtopia!

10th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)Really rude scruffy asian woman showed me around a few flats. Looked down on me and acted like a snob, I will be taking my interest in purchasing elsewhere. Do not enquire or deal with Pickwick unless you are keen on being stereotyped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value being treated with dignity.

Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.
