I was shown around the property by Rob who was very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. After making an offer on the property Rob handled negotiations between myself and the sellers and made sure that we had come to a reasonable agreement where all parties were happy. Once the offer had been accepted Ash was handling my case who was absolutely brilliant, giving me regular updates, chasing solicitors and helping to move the process along. A lot of people including myself dread dealing with estate agents as there doesn't seem to be any level of customer service in the world of today however, I cannot recommend Home Estate Agents enough as they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond for you to make sure that your sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of Home Estate Agents and their impeccable service during a process that can be very stressful, they put you at ease and always do their best by you. Daniel, Ryan and their team were extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the local housing market. We especially valued the clear communication and regular updates on progress. Importantly for us, there was no drama and our property was sold for the price that Daniel told us it would sell for, so we were very pleased with the service. We would have no hesitation in using Inskip & Davie again in the future and to recommend to others.

29th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We have just sold our property in Great Barford using Cooper Wallace, and from start to finish they have all been fantastic!<br>Ben was brilliant coming round to value the house and take excellent photos.<br>Nicole provided flawless communication regarding viewings and prompt feedback.<br>Jemma kept us perfectly updated with regular progress reports on the sale.<br>A special mention has to go to David, though. At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! His hard work and dedication enabled us to secure our forever home.<br>Thank you, Cooper Wallace! We would highly recommend these guys if you are ever thinking of putting your house on the market.

They are absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication. I feel that Absolute take the worry out of renting out a property for landlords. They have helped so much. And I feel they go above and beyond to find the right tenants and match them with the right properties.<br><br>They are diligent, responsive, pro-active and have great attention to detail. And a solid knowledge of the latest laws. They use excellent skilled craftsmen and I would thoroughly recommend to any landlords wanting to find and keep good tenants and take the stress out of the process. So grateful for your hardwork. From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

Jenny was especially helpful with all our queries and when showing us around property and extremely kind and easy to talk to, it made viewing properties much less daunting! I would definitely recommend signature sails and lettings to others!!!

3rd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)I was extremely pleased with the professional experience I had when selling my property through Goodacres based on Castle Road.<br>I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties.<br>From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings.<br>My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too.<br>Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).<br>Huge thanks to the whole team I will and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues you all made what can be a stressful and sometimes long experience into a positive one! ??????<br>All the best Gary- This agent doesn't have any reviews
