17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very easy to deal with and got on with the process quickly. Any queries were dealt with quickly and much to my surprise managed to secure a number of viewings which given the current climate was excellent. We are currently in the under offer stage and we will see if this goes to completion. Overall so far I can only describe the process with them as excellent. One issue I would have changed from the beginning was to add a floor plan to the marketing information which they don't do as standard. We did agree to do this if necessary so not really an issue.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
9th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.
28th May 2025 (1 year ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.
9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Called on Clee Ammanford to sell our property, when another local agent had failed. They found our first buyer in good time, but unfortunately they were not able to proceed (no fault of Clee) . Back on the market, more viewings and offers - and the one that came good. Throughout the process the team at Clee have been supportive and kept me well informed. Thanks Carl, Abi, Emma and a special mention for Lucy who has been so polite, helpful, reliable and communicative throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Clee again in the future.
14th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)I liked their enthusiasm and keeness I attended a lot of the viewings and valued the feedback I got but its worth mentioning some people arent a good fit for your property and its important to keep your faith in attracting the right buyer
14th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

I started my journey with Emma in the Ammanford office who was marvellous so helpful and very polite. I would recommend this company and give them a 10/10 for the service they deliver

The whole process was efficient, communication was always clear, and the guidance we received throughout made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. The property sold quickly and without any complications — exactly what you hope for. A special mention has to go to Aimee, who was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to genuinely understand the property and the specific circumstances of the sale, which made a real difference. What set her apart wasn't just her professionalism — it was the genuine care she showed. That's something that's increasingly rare, and it didn't go unnoticed. She was incredibly easy to communicate with at every stage, always helpful, and never made me feel like it was just another transaction. I can’t recommend her — or the team — highly enough.
