Greg was extremely helpful in resolving my queries, willingly and promptly doing practical things at the house to resolve issues raised by the surveyor, as I was moving from a distance. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and efficient, and happy to share local knowledge.

Excellent and consistent 'can do' attitude from Matt, Theresa and Jamie plus that all important X-factor: a sense of humour. Couldn't fault them.

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I'd recommend Charles Faye to anyone and everyone. When you go in to the shop, everyone is always smiling. A very happy and cheery workforce and nothing is ever too much trouble. (Even locking myself out the house and having to borrow their spare to get back in ????????) I found a rental property that I really liked just on a whimp passing the shop one day back in November 2023. All the paperwork was sorted so so quickly. They worked around my dates and times the whole time without any issues or communication issues. Everything was so clear and easy to understand from the get go. I moved in on a date that I set. Was perfect right before Xmas to. 4 months happy and alot more to come. I cannot thank the team enough.

A special mention to Duncan Tyler, who was our biggest cheerleader and made a huge difference to the entire process.
20th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)We recently purchased a property through Taylors Brislington, and the process was very straight forward. We encountered many of the standard solicitors delays as to be expected (no fault of the agents), however Maisie and Tom were always on the ball when it came to chasing 3rd parties for answers to keep the process moving forward. Polite, friendly and informative service - much better than what we had previously experienced at neighbouring agents and I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors Brislington to anyone else looking to purchase property in the local area. We will be using them again for certain.

20th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)What a great experience to have out sale handled by Fine and Country. Our Agent Matthew kept us informed throughout the whole selling process and after each viewing. The fact that an agent accompanied each potential purchaser on a visit meant that we didn’t actually meet anyone because he dealt with all questions as they arose . This was evidence of an agent fully acquainting himself with the details of the property he was selling. Well done and thank you Fine and Country I would have no hesitation in recommending your agency .
