Was kept up to date at all times and they were very helpful in recommending fir photos and EPC cert Would use them again- 14th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Following various conversations with several estate agents we chose Bradleys primarily due to the professional attitude of Rachel Malone, the manager. She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

6th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)In a calming market, Tom, Jenny and team managed to secure a number of viewings. An excellent offer was secured for my mother's property. The delay in completion was due to a lengthy land registry issue thatvrequired sorting with the deeds. Throughout the process, Jennie and Laura kept me informed of progress. They managed to smooth the waters between solicitors, even though at times the legal process was quite draining, stressful and draining. Many tha ks go Jennie for your patience with me and to Tom for charging upnthe security camera on the outside of the property from time to time. A selling fee well deserved. Well done, team!

27th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)If you're looking for the best estate agent in the Paignton, Brixham area then I recommend you contact Eric Lloyd churston or Brixham,we sold through the churston office and from valuation to sale they we're incredible,very professional,Clare and Rachel,were always in contact ,we had interest in our property almost immediately from buyers in a position,rather than time wasters,so forget the other agents go for the best , Eric Lloyd you will not be disappointed.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!
