Was kept up to date at all times and they were very helpful in recommending fir photos and EPC cert Would use them again- 14th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Following various conversations with several estate agents we chose Bradleys primarily due to the professional attitude of Rachel Malone, the manager. She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

6th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)In a calming market, Tom, Jenny and team managed to secure a number of viewings. An excellent offer was secured for my mother's property. The delay in completion was due to a lengthy land registry issue thatvrequired sorting with the deeds. Throughout the process, Jennie and Laura kept me informed of progress. They managed to smooth the waters between solicitors, even though at times the legal process was quite draining, stressful and draining. Many tha ks go Jennie for your patience with me and to Tom for charging upnthe security camera on the outside of the property from time to time. A selling fee well deserved. Well done, team!

The Knowledge and expertise is invaluable and I welcomed the honest and transparent approach. Whilst the conveyancing process posed some challenges, I particularly appreciated the responsiveness and support from Allsworth’s to enable us to complete within a set deadline.

27th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)If you're looking for the best estate agent in the Paignton, Brixham area then I recommend you contact Eric Lloyd churston or Brixham,we sold through the churston office and from valuation to sale they we're incredible,very professional,Clare and Rachel,were always in contact ,we had interest in our property almost immediately from buyers in a position,rather than time wasters,so forget the other agents go for the best , Eric Lloyd you will not be disappointed.

No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

They kept us updated throughout, responded quickly to queries and were always on hand to help.<br><br>Their expertise and personal approach gave us great confidence and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to Charlie, Chloe and the whole team for going above and beyond. We would highly recommend them.<br><br>A thoroughly deserved 5 stars!

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!
16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

Throughout the whole process the Team at East of Exe, Jo, Tilly and Matt have supported us. Professional, knowledgeable,calm and efficient, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
11th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Poor feedback. Over valuation to get property on books. Lack of viewings. Absolute sold a previous property for us and we were delighted with the whole package. Second time around it was like a completely different agency.
23rd Aug 2026 (27 days ago)A brilliant local agent. Super friendly, professional and able to provide multiple viewing despite a challenging market. Then once we had a buyer they really made the difference, staying focused and helping us, and our solicitors, to iron out all the inevitable problems that develop during the process of reaching exchange. We couldn't speak highly enough about them and will certainly use them again in future if we ever have the need.

Carl and Dawn are knowledgeable, professional and their customer service is second to none. All queries are answered promptly, rent is transferred quickly and any issues sorted efficiently.Wish we had found them sooner!
