20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a first time solo home buyer Fox and Son's were very supportive right from the first phone call asking about property's, to viewings and the process of buying. They were able to give me update when asked and also would call when I needed info. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is because the paperwork from my seller was incorrect around council banding and this had not been checked so was advertised wrong, the only constructive advice I could give would be please check this in the future but I also acknowledge I should've checked it too! Thanks to Aimee and Lucy in particular you were both so helpful, I love my new home thanks to you guys!

Throughout the viewing she was informative, professional and well?prepared, creating a really positive experience. I felt very comfortable asking questions, and she represented the property and the agency beautifully.

An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. Thank you all for your excellent service

After that I did not have to do anything. Carol in the office arranged all appointments regarding viewing and kept me informed regally . This was a completely stress free situation thanks to the office staff. Thanks for everything .

Karen, Sue, and Mark have been brilliant throughout and always go above and beyond to help, particularly with complicated situations when between tenancies etc. Everything is dealt with professionally but in a really friendly way, and they’re always quick to respond and sort things out when something needs fixing. Overall, a great team and a really positive experience.

Sharon, Ben and the whole team were excellent communicators, very helpful, personable and the most professional estate agents I’d encountered throughout my search. Many thanks and we would definitely recommend you.- 21st Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Following a bereavement I had to sell the family home, I wanted a local estate agent as they know the area well. Made an appointment to meet Lewis from Connells of Plympton at the property and he went through the options we had to sell the property, we decided to go with the modern auction method which was a great time saver as probate was delayed by several months. Lewis and the Connells team, along with the auctioneer kept in touch regularly throughout, and finally with Grant of probate, we commenced the auction. Lewis handled over two dozen viewings and oversaw the reserve and liaiased with bidders, being local he knows his patch well, plus i could keep tabs on the bids via the auctioneers website, which took the pressure off myself. The auction was done within 14 days and sold to our satisfaction, which has been a huge relief. The fees involved were very reasonable also, and we are grateful to Lewis and Connells for guiding us through the process. Will complete within 56 days period as well, so an outstanding service from Lewis and Connells and it is a pleasure to highly recommend them, if you're not sure, then ask someonewho is, only takes a phone call and they're more than happy to help and they're genuinely nice people.

30th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve made 3 enquiries asking about service charges on a flat and got 2 emails just asking for details about my financial situation totally ignoring my questions. If you’re trying to sell a property with them I’d move on. Being a cash buyer in no chain I’ve started conveyancing on another property.
