They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

From the moment we met, they very quickly understood what we were looking for, pulling out all the stops to support us in our tricky relocation to Devon. They were very focused on our needs and didn’t waste our time; they introduced us to great properties, helping us to find our forever home. Throughout the process, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the search area and the state of the property market. We found them highly supportive and prepared to keep in touch with us throughout a tricky negotiation. Nothing was too much trouble for Ed, Charity, Lisa and Jacob. No other agents come close. They kept me informed at every stage and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market and willingness to help really stood out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent in Plymouth!
6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Overall Falcon were good but did not do some of the marketing they had suggested they would do. For example they did not hold any open days as they had suggested they would. The property sold after only about 4 viewings in the 5 months it was on the market. Once the offer was accepted, Falcon were helpful and efficient.
13th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)The Fee was higher than shown on the Get Agent website as they have a minimum charge, which the website failed to display. The gents service was very efficient and I would recommend them

20th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I have just completed my first-buyer journey of purchasing my first ever home with Fox and Sons. Specifically, Peter from the Taunton branch was my representative and overlooked my purchase. Right from the first viewing of the property, Peter was accomodating, informative, and very open to answering my questions. Throughout the entire process, Peter was timely in responding to my emails and requests for information. He assisted with chasing the seller's solicitors when needed, which was immensely helpful in expediting the process and keeping things moving forward smoothly. Thank you again Peter for all your help - I highly recommend him and the entire Fox and Sons team!

Nicky, Ellie and Joanne were fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, they were always helpful with arranging visits, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were supportive, proactive and genuinely great to deal with. Buying a house can be stressful, but the team made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

11th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

Throughout all the staff at MT acted in a discretely professional manner, they are all knowledgable and helpful all the time without in an way being pushy unlike some of the more “got to get a sale” breed of Estate Agents. Everyone was great and it was simply a joy to buy my new abode from them. I was kept well informed throughout and never felt neglected. Thanks to you all at MT, wish you all well for the future.

Throughout this period, Michael Adey and his team were extremely supportive, always willing to negotiate on our behalf, and providing expert advice. The team was always truthful about prices and options and we were immensely impressed with the service. Thoroughly recommended.

6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
