30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Rude and aggressive staff. Black mold everywhere and several basic utilities that don't work but they won't fix. Extortionate rent, constant inspections where they bully and harass you for things THEY haven't fixed. Unfair terms in the contract that could be challenged in court if all my money didn't go to rent. House falling apart. No sealing so house constantly letting in cold, heat, smoke, and bugs. Woodlouse, spiders, ants and slugs. Given over in a complete state. Nothing but rudeness and spitefulness from staff when I want to live in a home that won't kill me. Gor kicked out cuz the house is suddenly on sale. These people are the most vile, disrespectful people imaginable. Don't rent from them unless you want a migraine and don't mind living like a squatter. Didn't even get the deposit back after doing everyrhing they asked, being charged to repair things that were problems when I arrived, so obstensibly they are pocketing the money, not fixing the issue, and then continuing to steal money from tennants to "repair" issues that they never actually repair. Evil people, demons in suits. Avoid.

To say we had a difficult experience with our move was an understatement, but Amber helped so much with the issues we found ourselves faced with.<br><br>We really felt that we had someone looking after us and looking out for our best interests.<br><br>Thank you Amber for all that you have done!- 20th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

Howard is extremely experienced and knowledgable about his sector and he is surrounded by a delightful team who are professional and great communicators. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the whole process and never felt like anything was too much trouble. Thank you to the entire team.

At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

A professional and good looking set of photos and video online, a friendly and helpful team and good communications were all hallmarks. The property sold within a week - so they definitely did something right!

The market wasn't at its strongest and our property was quite unusual, which meant finding the right buyer was never going to be easy. Despite the challenges, the team remained positive, proactive and committed from start to finish.<br><br>Throughout the process they consistently went above and beyond. They always answered my many phone calls with patience, understanding and genuine care, no matter how big or small the query. They made time to talk things through, listened to our concerns and offered honest, practical advice that helped us make the right decisions at every stage. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
