15th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Very nice people and sold my house in less than a week-amazing. Was kept up to date at all times and they were very helpful in recommending fir photos and EPC cert Would use them again
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)As buyers we were most impressed with Fulfords, in particular Harry.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
His "can do" attitude when it came to providing access for second viewings, surveys etc. was very helpful.
If only all estate agent staff were as good, the whole buying process would be a more pleasant experience.
Thank you.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)It's been an easy journey buying a house with the guidance and support offered by Beth. She has been responsive and reliable in answering any queries offering guidance and that has made the purchase so easy. Thankyou

20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.- 22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I phoned the office last week and spoke to Kathleen Hepburn. She was very helpful and informative about my enquiry. It was a very pleasant , professiinal experience . Thankyou Kathleen for your help !
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Howard, Lisa and the team at Howard Douglas were efficient, friendly and client focused at all times, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
12th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Very helpful, professional and responsive
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Webbers gave us an excellent service. Patient, polite and helpful as we coped with a tricky market situation. Glad to have sold but will miss my conversations with the staff, as we are at the other end of the country now.- 7th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We have just went through the rental process as tenants with Gargan and Hart. They were very attentive and responsive, finalizing the pre-rental process quickly. Big thanks to Emma and Megan for this!

1st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)The proof of the pudding - they did not secure a sale. Moved agents and in two weeks - sold.
12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Very impressed indeed with Kingsbridge Estate Agents. They went far beyond what other estate agencies have done, in my experience, supporting us through the whole move and working tirelessly not just to complete the sales but make it easy for us.
10th May 2025 (1 year ago)Traditional respectful style
28th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)We have been very impressed by the professionalism and high quality service from all of the Totnes team, thank you. Even allowing for the fact that its a sellers market, Marchant staff have been scrupulous in providing consistently first class service.
23rd Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Ref: TSJ-46775317
We had an 18 month search for a property in and around Dartmouth. We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Very friendly and professional. Thank you to Nesha and Sarah for helping us through the sale of our father's house. We were kept fully informed every step of the way.
9th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Never again
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Scott Parry and team when selling our home. A professional and good looking set of photos and video online, a friendly and helpful team and good communications were all hallmarks. The property sold within a week - so they definitely did something right!
11th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Poor feedback. Over valuation to get property on books. Lack of viewings. Absolute sold a previous property for us and we were delighted with the whole package. Second time around it was like a completely different agency.

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Recently bought a property with Nick, and he was fabulous throughout the entire process. Very welcoming and easy to talk to. He always answers any questions quickly and honestly and you never feel pressured into making a decision. We are so happy in our new home, thank you Nick for making it such a smooth and enjoyable process!
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Adam has been excellent throughout the purchase of my property. He is professional and knowledgeable but what I appreciated most was how calm he was and that he actually listened to me.
His answers and information he gave me were always about the house I was buying rather than sales talk.
I didn’t felt rushed into making a decision, which was very important to me.

It was a pleasure working with Adam and I would definitely recommend him.

13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We had a really positive experience with DJR Estate Agents when buying our first home. The team were always helpful, patient and professional. They made a potentially stressful process much easier and did their best to keep everything moving along.

We really appreciated their support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

Thank you David, Michelle and Leanne !!
2nd May 2026 (5 mo. ago)We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Reuben and the Connells Plymstock team. They have just helped with the sale of a family members home. It was such a straightforward process, great communication and as stressless as could be! I would recommend above and beyond any other local agents. 5 star?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????
