John, Lyn and Jemma were just superb. The sale was a difficult one for many reasons but I knew they always had our best interests at heart and they worked hard at resolving issues that came up with other parties. Highly recommend and I would use them again!

18th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Sadly the housing market was quiet so only two viewings in two months. We reduced the price again and had an offer from the second viewer. Sample Mills did manage to get the buyer to increase by a bit and we struck a deal. We are also bought in the process of buying from them.

If they tell you that they are going to do something, they do it, it's always easy to speak to one of the team & they are always helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend using their services, as they understand the local market extremely well.

As soon as probate was granted he aligned peope to view and very soon we had an offer. He is a lovely man providing an excellent service. I would recommend 100% Many thanks
19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!

On both occasions, the sales team worked well together and with us to market and complete the sale. We found them extremely helpful and professional, also patient and reassuring when things did not progress as smoothly as we would have liked. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property in this area.

From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. Greg has been professional throughout the process communicating promptly with vendors and solicitors. He portrayed best interest for both us and the vendor he was representing which created a trusting relationship all round.
