4th May 2024 (3 days ago)Just bought a house through Foxes with Ben. Havent always had positive experiences with estate agencies, but can honestly say this was so different. Easiest ever purchase. Ben was so helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. Jo kept us regularly updated on every step of our sale progress, we got the house we wanted at a good price, just got keys and so so happy. A very nice personal touch with the little welcome box, its those personal touches and that customer service that makes such a difference to a buyers experience. Would absolutely recommend, thank you Ben and all the Foxes team for such a smooth purchase experience. 10/10.

Hearnes are simply the best. They understand what service means and how to get the job done. They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!! Thank you
30th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Cash Buyer. When selecting an Estate Agent to sell your home many people consider the fees and perhaps unrealistic promises of the value that will be achieved. Irvings is different. We sold to downsize and took a rental property whilst searching for our next, more manageable, home. During the period from August '23 to March '24 we encountered many Estate Agencies, large and small, in our searches. All of them had one marketing strategy, list property on RightMove and wait for interested buyers. An entirely passive approach that provided almost no support to sellers or buyers. Clare Wright at Irvings was the only agent that took the time to understand our requirements, not as a list, but as a life plan. She was able to provide us with prospective properties that accurately reflected exactly what we we needed. We had our purchase offer accepted rapidly after which Clare pro-actively developed and maintained the chain of linked sales to completion. If you want an attentive and supportive agency that will provide a personalised service, carefully matching sellers with buyers, then Clare at Irvings is head and shoulders above the dozen or more other agencies in this area.

Without her help I do not know what I would have done. She was absolutely brilliant , super efficient, super knowable, so committed to her job and also in helping me. We had so many problems, but Steve and Izzy were so helpful and friendly.They went out of their to help and solve problems, which should have been sorted by the solicitors. But they were taking so long that Steve got on the case. Never moving again ????.But we would definitely recommend the Bridport team .

30th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)After making the tough decision to sell my property, I then had an even more difficult decision to make in choosing which Estate Agent to list with. Through experience, I knew which agents that I definitely did not want to use and this left me with a handful of options to consider. I met with 3 different Estate Agent representatives and I knew immediately after my consultation with Oliver Chandler that I wanted to use them. Not only do they have many years of experience working in the industry, they also valued my input regarding valuation, the 'process' to take in adjusting to the market and most important of all; the urgency to get my property onto the market. My property was listed the next day! Oliver Chandler gave a genuine and personal service that is lacking in most industries these days, particularly the Estate Agent business. They went above and beyond in dealing with all aspects of my house viewings, sale and purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself and favour and chose Oliver Chandler as your Estate Agent, you will not regret it.
