11th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.

A local agent who understands their market really well. From the first contact with Laura Holt to the progression team of Nicky and Marcus and all the other agents Christina, Craig, Julie, Holly and Gillian they were absolutely brilliant. We had one failed sale (chain broke) and one completed and I never had any doubt that they were working in our best interest. Professional and good communicators throughout. Worth every penny of their commission and their service was second to none. Can't fault them and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling in Weymouth/Preston. Thank you!

9th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Corbens in Swanage have been amazing selling our House and keeping me calm. They are like a warm blanket and nothing was too much trouble for them. I went in probably every other day stressing about nothing really and they were wonderful. All of them work together like a lovely family. I dealt with Kelly mainly who is completely knowledgeable about the whole process and the solicitors role. She was like my therapist too.

I would also especially like to acknowledge and make aware that 'Leah' carried herself excellent and was so professional and honest and very patient at all times. The entire team are suburb!

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale.
