I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

12th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

5th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)This was my first time selling a property and it was quite stressful, however, Hassan Ali was excellent in keeping me updated by calling me and more importantly returning my calls. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.

30th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We would highly recommend Kenny Peters at Japan Services for his outstanding service in helping us sell our house. He went above and beyond what was expected, always remaining professional, good-humoured, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even taking our calls while on holiday! We are extremely grateful for all his help and support and couldn't have asked for a better estate agent.

27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The estate agents who work here are fantastic especially Jay and Krupesh , they helped me rent the perfect home for my family. They were very helpful and supportive they walked me through the whole process communicating effectively with me keeping me up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your property needs.
6th May 2022 (4 years ago)Their knowledge of the market and research of similar properties was very accurate. We received two offers within the first few days, and another offer at full asking price within 2 weeks.
30th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.
edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.

I would not recommend Perkins based on my experience selling my late father's property.
There were repeated failures to secure the property, including the alarm being left unset on multiple occasions after viewings. Communication was extremely poor, with viewings arranged without notification, cancellations not communicated, and it often being impossible to contact the office to confirm whether the property was secure.
The situation became so concerning that I was forced to travel from Buckinghamshire shortly after surgery to personally check the property had been left safe and secure. During the marketing period, the toilet housing was damaged, wardrobes were regularly left open after viewings, and a "For Sale" board damaged the wall and remains in place despite requests for it to be removed.
What is most disappointing is the apparent lack of care and respect shown towards my late father's property throughout the process. The combination of poor communication, security concerns, property damage, and lack of accountability has been extremely upsetting and far below the professional standard I would expect from an estate agent.

Anaise was amazing, always at the end of the phone helping with any questions and keeping us informed of any updates. I would definitely recommend Sargeants and would certainly use them again in the future. Thank you.

She was super friendly and helpful from our first meeting and from the way she interacted with the previous tenants I could tell we were in good hands. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would recommend Alexanders to anyone looking for a new home. 10/10
