21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I have been with Bennett Holmes for for around 3 years. I can not express the relief that I feel to have them as my managing agents. I have found them to be utterly reliable and extremely professional. They treat tenants and landlords with respect, they are responsive and give excellent advice. They are fully conversant with all regulations and you can rest assured when you instruct them. I have rented property for years and I can truly say that they are the only agent that have delivered. I have found that they have not only delivered but also have also gone beyond. An issue arose that meant that I needed to get paperwork from my previous agent. I had been with Bennett Holmes for a year and was already signed sealed and delivered. There was no benefit to Bennett Holmes for helping me obtain this but they managed to obtain everything that I required. There was a period this summer where my property was undergoing a refurb so they were not contractually obliged to assist me in anyway but they did continue to do so and again at great effort and without complaint. They are also all warm people and that makes them nice to deal with. Huge shout out to Stacey and Jason, they really are the best.

21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We let our property with Evans and Co for many years. Our contacts were Joanna K and Joanna C. They were absolutely brilliant. Always efficient and extremely helpful. We then decided to sell our property and Jason on the sales side was equally as helpful in progressing our sale. If anyone is looking at letting or selling their property we would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Ray, Dean, Peter, and their teams have always been incredibly helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable with the local market, as well as with all upcoming legislation, and were proactive to ensure that we had the best advice in order that we were compliant. If a problem would arise with the flat, everything would be taken care of asap - their excellent service and communication made for happy satisfied tenants for us, the latest of whom stayed with us over 12 years.
We can’t thank Russell Collins enough for all their great service and support to us over the years. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any property needs in the Ealing area, they are the best!

Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Nothing felt forced or like a “quick sale”, unlike previous experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism and support he provided throughout.
Towards the end of the process, Salva was also on hand to assist with finalising my move and was very helpful, polite and professional.
I would highly recommend City Deals for their Expertise, support, and services.

24th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.
