In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

Moving from the United States was already a big task and MRC's willingness to work with us to overcome the hurdles and advocate for us to the landlord was essential in securing a flat. Everyone was pleasant and patient and we appreciate it.

1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

27th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)We have just sold through Lovelle and the service has been first class. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.
