10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We sold our home through Burnett's Estate Agents and the experience couldn't have been better.<br><br>When we were thinking about selling our home we met with several estate agents who felt pushy - so finding Burnett's was a breath of fresh air - as from the very beginning they demonstrated a genuine care for our home and the sale being a success on our terms. They took time to get to know our home and show case it in a way that confirmed they understood what we loved about our home.<br><br>Selling a house and moving can be incredibly stressful, but Burnett's made the whole process feel straight forward. We always felt taken care of and valued as clients.<br><br>We are pleased we chose Burnett's and recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
7th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars
3rd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Massive thank you to Clare! Finding a place had been so stressful but as soon as we viewed a property with Clare we felt so comfortable. They were upfront about everything, would take my calls when I was worried things weren't moving along, and they even gave us a little welcoming home gift. One of the only letting agents I would consider using again as they made the experience smooth and less stressful, and they actively took an instrest in what we wanted as renters which was very nice after previous experiences
3rd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)I bought a lovely bungalow in Peacehaven using Ewemove Hove as the selling agents. Neil and his team were exceptional - being helpful, kind, understanding and always going the extra mile to be helpful and professional. They tried their best to make what can be a stressful process as easy as they could. On completion day, when I went to collect the keys, a bottle of champagne came with them. What a lovely gesture. My experience of using Ewemove Hove was wonderful and I am grateful to them for their human touch while still being professional. Cheers, Paul.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

A special mention must go to Chris, whose communication skills are second to none. He kept me constantly updated and masterfully coordinated with both the solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain, making a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. Every single member of staff at the Hailsham office was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
