3rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)After going to multiple estate agents, we finally found luck with The Property Shop, Spoke to Lisel in there. Helped us out hugely with finding a flat suitable for us. Covered all our needs and any questions were soon answered, would highly recommend. Thanks for the help!

10th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

17th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)EweMove staff recently sold our flat and it turned out to be a long process, because our first buyers dropped out when we were almost at the completion stage. Because it was then August we decided to rent the flat out for 6 months and put it back up for sale. Not only did the staff find us a suitable and reliable short term tenant within a few days, but another buyer, who had viewed our flat previously and was still interested in buying it. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and the staff were always supportive, very knowledgeable and helpful. When we first met Neil at EweMove he promised us a personal service and they didn’t fail to deliver on this promise. Would highly recommend EweMove.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.

2nd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)We cannot rate Fermers highly enough. They do not disappoint! The whole team are superb. Josh absolutely goes above and beyond. He has worked endlessly not only in selling our property but also trying to find us our next home. Nothing has been too much (and we've lost track of the number of viewings he's taken us on, Sundays and bank holidays included!). Michael was second to none in handling our viewings - he clearly loved our property and we have no doubt that this enthusiasm contributed to how quickly we secured our buyers. Paul's knowledge of the area is second to none and really does make Fermers the most well-rounded team of agents we've ever worked with. A special mention to Tara, who battled against a volatile and hugely frustrating chain. If only the other agents in the chain had been as proactive and hard working at progressing matters as she was. We've sold and bought many houses over the years and we've never had any agent work as hard to get us moving and keep a chain together. Thank you Tara, we're indebted to you. Fermers really do inject much needed pace, energy and enthusiasm into the Brighton and Hove housing market. We would strongly advocate for Josh and his whole team - an agent who gets the job done.
