16th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to both landlords and tenants.

We saw the house listed online via Ancells. 1hr 45mins drive later. The home we saw felt so homely. We couldn't stop talking about it and how professional both Kelly & Jayne had been. 31st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!
7th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars
22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.
