20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)If you want to actually sell your house, look no further.<br><br>Surrounded by agents selling aspirational target sale prices they offer pragmatic pricing advice to actually attract interest and then invest real effort in driving your sale through to completion. Don't be the vendor who tries two aspirational Crowborough agents before moving to a T.Wells agent. If you aren't getting interest, the price is wrong. It's really that simple.<br><br>Once you have a buyer, you then want an agent that's going to get on with the real work and also maintain a relationship with your buyer to prevent the sale falling through.<br><br>They are genuinely motivated to drive your sale through not just floating about reacting being nagged.<br><br>Rather than being tempted by the highest possible target sale price being offered to you - go and have a chat with the team and make your mind up based upon who you want working with you once you've actually accepted an offer.

14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)My sister and I were appointed by our father as the executors of his estate, and selling his home was an emotional and important responsibility.<br>From the outset, the team at Fox & Sons Seaford and then the branch in Polgate were compassionate, professional and supportive. They guided us through the process with sensitivity, were happy to discuss different pricing strategies, responded quickly to any amendments we requested, and most importantly... found us an excellent buyer.<br>We chose the fixed-price commission option, which gave us certainty over costs from the start, which I found incredibly helpful putting into the spreadsheet when administering an estate.<br>A special thank you to Molly, who expertly managed the final stages of the sale. She communicated brilliantly throughout, kept everything moving efficiently, and often took the pressure off my sister and me by dealing directly with family members who had an interest in the sale. She remained calm, professional and kind, even when managing some understandably anxious situations.<br>We are so grateful to Molly and the whole team for helping us get everything over the line, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fox & Sons Seaford.

17th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

John and David are both friendly and very professional. All enquiries were dealt with promptly. We would thoroughly recommend using their services.

As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to both landlords and tenants.

31st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!
7th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars

22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

19th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)We have just completed on the purchase of our first family home with Sinnott Green.<br><br>We were grateful to have honest, efficient and friendly mediation through Andrew & Tom to the sellers.<br><br>After a bad experience we really appreciated that they kept to their word in reserving us the property we loved and halted viewings once the negotiation had been set and agreed. There were immediate remedial works to be undertaken post house survey and we also felt that Sinnott Green advocated for us in this instance in encouraging the sellers to act promptly.<br><br>Much appreciated and we can confidently reccomend them to any future buyers.
