Graham is a true professional and remained passionate about his role in our journey, given the emotions we were feeling he showed us the utter most respectf and considerate service every step of the way and made us feel that we were his only clients. Couldn't recommend Austin gray anymore, a very high bar has been set with them
5th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

20th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I would like to say a big thank you to Wards in Tenterden especially to David Shaw, Clare Davies and Steve Hutchins who have been so helpful in the selling of my flat and the purchasing of my next home. They were always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had and communication channels were excellent. This was my first time both selling and purchasing property and seemed a little daunting at times, but Wards were super helpful, putting my mind at ease with bits of the process I didn't understand. Thank you again:) Lucy
25th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)Very impressed with Michael in selling the property quickly. Not so impressed with the buyers solicitors who seemed to delay at every opportunity. This was a simple buy and sell with no chain involved and they still took the best part of 3 months. They wanted to complete on "Good Friday" which would have been over 3 months but Michael put pressure on the buyers to achieve completion 2 weeks earlier than they had planned. Michael and his Mansell McTaggart team did everything they could to help in a timely manor. My only frustrations were with the buyers solicitors not with Mansell McTaggart.
25th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)The whole team at K&C in Steyning were very good with us. Particularly wanted to say how impressed we were with Madi in the Steyning office. Madi is very thorough, a good communicator, and also very understanding; she has excellent people skills.
31st Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Everyone at David Jordan was helpful and courteous. They kept in frequent contact and were always on hand to give advice. I felt supported throughout the process and they did their best to minimise the stress of navigating the sale in a challenging market.
17th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process with ease and confidence. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were always quick to respond to questions and kept me fully informed at every stage, which made me feel supported and reassured throughout. Their attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent service really stood out. Overall, I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and client-focused estate and lettings agent. Truly a five-star experience!- 9th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Highly professional and friendly estate agents. From first viewing to completion, Elliot handled everything with diligence. He made it easy for us to arrange access for surveyors, some trades and some additional viewing requests. He was also very helpful dealing with communication between ourselves, sellers and solicitors. Overall I am very happy with the service they provided
10th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

Ed and the team’s experience really showed, ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible, and they always offered great advice and support to keep things on track. A special mention to Jessie, who was excellent throughout. She kept us constantly updated and was proactive in making sure everything progressed efficiently. We’d highly recommend Foster & Co to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent!
7th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars

22nd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After using Fox and Sons who were totally useless and only got me one viewing in 10 weeks, I switched to Wyatt Hughes who are by far more professional and more efficient. They have managed to obtain 1-3 viewings a week consistenly since I signed up with them and always gave regular feedback - never got anything from Fox & Sons. They have also given me help with every query I've given them and pointed me in the direction of services and workmen that I've needed along the way..and now we have a sale thanks to their dedication. I can't really fault them and would highly recommend them to others.

They were so professional and were fantastic at communicating so we always knew what was going on with the sale of our property. If viewings had taken place we got feedback every time, the went above and beyond. Our only regret was not engaging them sooner and wasting time and money with a different agent. They are an awesome team and even looked after our buyer to help the sale move on quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives.
