His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.

26th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)Really strange and rude estate agent, walked in with my wife a few weeks ago and spoke to an elderly man Jonathan who manages this place. He was extremely rude and judged us on our appearance - we weren't dressed like "Hampsteaders" and said he'd follow up with properties and never did. I work in Private Equity alongside my wife, we would have happily closed on a place and made them a good cut. We will go somewhere else.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Stephen and Fari both knew the property intimately and were both very knowledgeable insightful and helpful. The whole process could not have been smoother.

10th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)OHRE made up our valuation way over the asking price and couldn'tunderstandwhy it didnt sell. , He was terrible at communicating viewings to us and in the end we went with Beaufort Green who were fantastic.

We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. Highly recommend their services !

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
