All members of stuff have been extremely helpful while negotiating the lease and also at the time of moving out. In particular, Anne Meagan, my assigned property manager, was very efficient whenever a repair needed to be carried out.

8th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!- 10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Natalia and the team have been absolutely fantastic with us and we could not run our business without them. We have dealt mainly with Conor and Ruth and the quality of service has been exceptional. We are so grateful that they made what can potentially be a very stressful time, much easier with their speedy responses and attention.

As a first-time buyer, I was not familiar with the house-buying process and had many questions and concerns along the way. However, the team provided clear guidance and proper knowledge at every stage, which made the entire journey much easier and less stressful. I used several of their services during the purchase, including their solicitor, mortgage advisor, and property advisor. Each and every member of the team was professional, honest, and extremely supportive. They patiently answered all my questions and acknowledged every query I had, making sure I fully understood the process. Their coordination was outstanding, and they ensured that everything was handled correctly and legally throughout the entire transaction. Their professionalism and dedication truly gave me confidence during such an important decision. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. 9th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I have been using Dallas McMillan Solicitors for the past 5 years or so, they have handled my last 3 property moves and I could not be happier with their service. Prior to using Dallas McMillan, the previous property lawyers I used I found to be slow to respond, unclear about processes and quite stressful to deal with however, the exact opposite is the case for Dallas McMillan. Everyone that I have dealt with at this firm including Rachel, Abbey, and Richard have been nothing but helpful, quick to respond, and completely put you at ease during a stressful time. I have also used them to create my wills and again, the service has been completely easy and smooth. 1000% recommend this firm.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
