We sold our house in Kent to relocate to West Sussex, a process which was quite daunting, however, they were supportive through the whole process.

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A lovely small local company. Such a shame they never sold our last home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
7th Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.
When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.
Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.
This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!
She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.

Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .

Nancy made us feel welcome from the start, while Hannah was amazing throughout. Kim’s outstanding help and dedication were truly invaluable, and without her support, the sale wouldn’t have been possible.
We’re so grateful to all three for going above and beyond. They’re a real credit to Ward, and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.
