6th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. I left a £300 holding deposit, but they refused to offer the 3-month tenancy I clearly asked for from the beginning. Instead, they tried to force a 12-month contract, which I never agreed to. When the tenancy could not proceed because they refused my request, they also refused to refund my holding deposit. This is not professional and goes against the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Communication was poor, and they did not provide clear information from the start. I do not recommend this agency.

8th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential

The whole team, and in particular Michele, helped me immensely through my journey as a landlord and as a seller. I had great tenants, both of whom remained in the property for many years without any issue, and Michael Morris was always on hand to provide assistance to both them and myself. They are ultra quick in arranging repairs if something breaks. Always willing to go the extra mile. They offer the personalised approach that you don't get with big agents. 10 out of 10

6th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. I was searching for a studio flat for a short-term let and contacted the office several times. Unfortunately, my calls were either rejected or I was told I would receive a call back to arrange a viewing, which never happened. When I did manage to speak with someone, the level of professionalism was disappointing. The agent I spoke to seemed uninterested in answering basic questions and the conversation felt very dismissive. One Saturday late last year I decided to visit the office in person. The shutters were down, which seemed unusual during opening hours, and through the window I could see a member of staff asleep on the sofa. After that, it became clearer why my calls had been going unanswered. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and felt quite unprofessional.

From the very beginning, Trupti and the team have been incredibly supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any time an issue came up—whether it was maintenance, documentation, or general queries—they responded quickly and always made sure things were resolved smoothly. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. They consistently worked around my schedule, which made everything—from inspections to repairs—so much more convenient. Communication was always easy and professional—Trupti especially was a joy to deal with, always approachable, proactive, and genuinely kind, making the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. We stayed at a flat managed by Mr & Mrs Simons for almost 5 years and anytime we needed anything fixed, help was sent very quickly. Their maintenance team lead by Amit was great too. We were sad to leave. We wish you all the best and thank you so much.
