20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.

29th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Blain Firmin have been dealing with the sale of my late Mother’s flat. It was not an easy sale with short lease and not in the best condition. Mark held an open viewing day and sold it immediately getting an offer well above asking price. Mark has been an absolute joy to deal with. Helped getting a company to clear the flat for us. He kept us informed every step of the process and was always ready to help with any query we had.
I would thoroughly recommend Blain Firmin they are a great professional company.
2nd Jan 2026 (10 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

His communication made everything much easier. I highly recommend One Stop Estates to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent.
13th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)The agents working on my property were reliable and easy to contact. They gave me weekly updates and did everything they could to advertise the property. They ran the viewings without my input and made it very easy.
6th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency.
I left a £300 holding deposit, but they refused to offer the 3-month tenancy I clearly asked for from the beginning. Instead, they tried to force a 12-month contract, which I never agreed to.
When the tenancy could not proceed because they refused my request, they also refused to refund my holding deposit. This is not professional and goes against the Tenant
Fees Act 2019.
Communication was poor, and they did not provide clear information from the start.
I do not recommend this agency.

Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. Cousins are reliable and pleasant and I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property or be supported with a rental.

25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

They were very helpful and supportive they walked me through the whole process communicating effectively with me keeping me up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your property needs.
12th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)This agent is also known as Vantage homes after one year of asking for my property back I got the keys back on 25th July 2021 the house was totally trashed and they would not honour their contract of leaving it in good order also even though the garage was not part of the letting it was full of rubbish left by the tenant which I had to remove at my own cost They still have not paid me at least £1700 and don’t answer my calls I am now in the process of contacting the relevant council they deal with PLEASE DO NOT USE their services otherwise you will regret it like me
7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)If there were 6 stars that's what I'd give this place! A really gorgeous hotel in the best location you could wish for in London. The hotel itself is cosy but not small, the rooms are really beautiful and great care has been taken to ensure they are really comfortable and clean. In addition to that the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back!!!

16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.
