1st Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Elliott Davis Properties for many years, and I must say they are the best in the business when it comes to honesty and integrity. They are always a cut above the rest. I’m not the type of person who relies solely on reviews, but if you want to judge a business, I encourage you to come in, have a chat, and make your own decision. If you feel the deal or the agent isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine—but don’t let any review stop you from having a conversation. I’ve been doing business with Elliott Davis and their associates since 2012, and not once have I had any issues. I highly recommend them.

7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!
3rd Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)We chose Ellis & Co Kenton as the agency for our first rented property. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Within three months of moving in, several maintenance issues began to arise. Although one or two minor issues were addressed, many others remained unresolved despite repeated requests. Some repairs were promised within a week of moving in, but even after a full year, they were never completed. When it came time to renew the tenancy, the agency wanted to increase the rent. We agreed to the increase on the condition that the outstanding maintenance issues would finally be resolved. Instead, we were informed that the landlord wanted the property back for renovation and were given notice to leave. While I understand that landlords have the right to regain possession of their property, being asked to leave after only one year was extremely stressful for my wife and me. We had settled into the property and invested in furniture, expecting to stay much longer. Having to search for a new home during Ramadan while fasting was particularly difficult. As both of us work full-time during the week, we only had weekends available to view properties. The sudden need to find a new home, move out, and settle elsewhere caused significant stress and emotional distress. My wife's health was affected by the situation and she continues to experience issues related to the stress it caused. We repeatedly asked the agency to discuss our concerns with the landlord, but we felt that they consistently sided with the landlord and provided very little support to us as tenants. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we did not feel valued or supported as tenants.

2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.
2nd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have recently purchased a detached bungalow at Winchmore Hill from Fullers. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. He did an excellent job and was always on hand when you needed him night or day. No regrets. Warren all the way.

23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We are writing to share our deeply disappointing experience while interacting with someone in this agency egarding the property in Northfields/Ealing. ( I do not want to give the name of the agent but internal people will know) As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home is already quite daunting. We were hoping for a professional who could guide us, or at the very least, treat us with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the outset, communication was extremely difficult. Our emails were ignored altogether. This lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like our interest was not valued. Furthermore, when we did manage to communicate, this agent's attitude was consistently dismissive and snobbish. Before even discussing our financial position, we were met with comments implying the property was "not for us" and condescending questions like, "Well, do you even have a budget for this?" This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We felt pre-judged and belittled simply for wanting to view a property. We found a property we wanted and purchased it via another estate agent but want to address this now to ensure future clients, especially first-time buyers, receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.
5th Jun 2026 (22 weeks ago)We trusted Nauman because of his long-standing relationship with my father-in-law. Based on his advice, our 4-bedroom property was partitioned and converted into a 5-bedroom house to achieve higher rent. This required significant renovation costs, yet the rent we received over six years did not even reflect the value of a standard 3-bedroom property. Had proper advice been given, we could have saved a substantial portion of those costs and avoided considerable financial loss. Bilal and his family (tenants) later informed us that they were paying approximately £2,600 per month first 3 years and £2800 for the remaining years with around £1,000 being taken in cash. we were getting 1650 odd for first 3 years and 1800 odd for remaining.This raises serious concerns regarding transparency, payment handling, and potential tax-related issues. After extensive research into guaranteed rent and letting arrangements, I have not found a legitimate case where a letting company retains anything close to 36% commission. More concerning is that this percentage was never disclosed before the agreement was signed. We were never informed of the differences between guaranteed rent, full management, or partial management options. We were shown a single advertisement and relied entirely on your expertise, while you had full knowledge of the market and we did not. Even your own relative, Mr. Abbas, expressed surprise when I explained the figures and stated that we should have been receiving at least £2,500–£2,600 per month, even under a guaranteed-rent arrangement. He advised that only Mr. Asif Sahib could help resolve this matter. We also learned that efforts were made to convince Bilal and his family that our property could potentially be purchased below market value because we supposedly would never return to the UK. If true, this represents a serious breach of trust. Regarding 4A Ingleby Road, you promised three weeks' rent if we provided certain tenant posts, yet that promise was never honoured despite us losing nearly four months' rent, ironically it wasnt on gauranteed terms.. At the same time, you appeared willing to assist individuals involved in unauthorised subletting. The property was allegedly sublet for an extended period without effective oversight, despite management fees being collected. The rental history also requires explanation. We received approximately £900–£1,100 per month for many years, while the same property now generates around £2,100 per month. Over 8–10 years, this suggests an extraordinarily high effective commission of approximately 40–45%, which was never properly explained or justified. Communication was equally disappointing. Calls and messages were often ignored, and when responses were provided, they rarely addressed the actual concerns raised. You frequently emphasised that your earnings were halal, yet whenever transparency, accountability, fairness, or justification were requested, clear answers were never provided. For context, while these properties were generating income for others, we were living in rented accommodation ourselves, paying approximately £1,900 per month (excluding bills) for a 2-bedroom side extension of the exact same house, while receiving around £1,650 per around 3 years initially and around £1,850 thereafter upon request for increament in rent. This is not simply about money. It is about trust, transparency, morality, accountability, and humanity. I invite property link to publicly explain these figures, decisions, commissions, and actions so that future landlords can make informed decisions before placing their trust in your hands.
