19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were meant to be managing the building I live in, but have done no maintenance since before lockdown. Major problems with the building like water pressure, leaking roof and intercoms not working were ignored for over 4 years. Video attached of the leaking roof...
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We recently rented a property from Property King Estate Agents - and I must confirm that their service was excellent and second to none - from start to finish !! We have dealt with other Estate Agents in the past , but I must confess Property King Estate Agent are much better. There is a gentleman called Sunny ( Staff member at Property King ) - he is a wonderful gentleman and very professional and listened to details throughout the process ! Thanks Paul

9th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Having recently rented through Sealeys, I cannot stress enough the professionalism and friendliness of their team. The minor maintenance issues we initially encountered on move-in were responded to within the day by Nicola and Olivia, and the problems themselves were booked in and fixed within the week. We have since been able to enjoy our new home without worry, and feel comfortable knowing that the team are happy to help should we need them.

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

26th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Verbally confirmed that i had a room, awaiting move-in date/paperwork and then cancelled it on me 4 days later. Really helpful. Tina(director) dealing on behalf of her son so possibly conflict of interest in dealing professionally on the matter.
11th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Due to our house being sold as part of a Trust, we were given Evolution as our nominated Estate Agents. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

We originally had a viewing at one property and mentioned to Kevin a property we had noticed they were advertising. He was able to set up a viewing for the house that day. We met George at the property who was very knowledgeable. The both of them were able to get the answers to all our questions and also helped us get over the line. Really happy that we were paired with these two powerhouses! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process, especially with us being first time buyers!
