They said they tried to phone me despite them having my phone number, email details etc and them phoning me this week already to confirm the viewing...
2nd Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Your Move Wallsend handled the recent sale of my daughter’s flat. The property was advertised and “ Sold” by Your Move literally within days! But that is only half the story. The buyers solicitors were “ Shocking !” , as a result the conveyance process took “ Months and Months”. We had paid up front for the transaction, hence “Your Move” could have sat back and done nothing. However this could not be further from what actually took place. Sarah, the branch manager and all the staff, Harry, Jessica, Chloe and Jess R worked tirelessly with both the future owner and ourselves to push the transaction through. They contacted the buyers solicitors on almost a daily basis, asking for updates and attempting to push the process. This was followed up by regular updates to us and the buyer. Even further to this, one of the company partners “ Darren” was brought into the equation and he proactively engaged with the buyers solicitor on our behalf.<br>I accept this is a very wordy review, but I feel it is a valuable description for prospective users of “ Your Move” to let them know, even paying up front, the service you will get is second to none! Most people do not go through the process of buying and selling houses on a regular basis, so it is important to be very careful who you use in this process!<br>Thank you Sarah and everyone else at “ Your Move” we really appreciate everything you did for us.

Lorraine mailed me or called me with updates, facilitated comms with the seller, I felt like I was aware of everything going on. Would use them again and thank you MR!!

The whole team in Forest Hall were helpful every step of the way, providing updates and patiently answering my questions, and towards the end Nicola really went above and beyond to get my sale over the line. Can't recommend them enough!

Unfortunately, things beyond our control meant the sale took over eight months, but Next2Buy were there at every step, helping us through the stress. A special mention for Wendy who spoke to me every week with updates and helped us through a very stressful few months! Thank you Next2Buy!

From the first valuation of our flat in Heaton, we were immediately struck by his personal approach and his unparalleled understanding of the local market. From marketing to sales progression, he supported us perfectly and made himself very available. Although our chain didn’t work out as we would have liked, Noel went above and beyond to offer calm, honest, and expert advice and to keep things moving forward. He has been incredibly supportive throughout a stressful situation. An absolute professional who genuinely looks after his clients and goes the extra mile. We will approach Noel for our future sale without any hesitation.

8th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)One of the worst estate agents we have rented with. We encountered many issues when renting with Hive Estates. We had water ingress/mould in our bathroom for over 5 months, which we reported around 3 times and nothing was ever done. They did not even investigate this. We then had around 4 leaks in our kitchen from the upstairs neighbour - one evening, around midnight, the leak was really bad and we called and contacted the 'emergency number' many times but got no response. We emailed the property manager, who told us that there was no emergency number in use. We had someone try to kick our door in, and I emailed the estate agents as this was a security issue and wanted to inform them of this - I received no response to my email. Then at the end of our tenancy, they tried to charge us for a redecoration of our bedroom when the paint and everything else when we moved in was in an awful condition. There were marks all over the walls, yet they claimed this room was freshly painted upon us moving in. When it came to returning our deposit, they didn't respond to us for over 3 weeks, and only gave us the remainder of our deposit back when we emailed them and stated that we would take it further. We believe this is because they had no evidence to use to back up their point of the bedroom being freshly decorated upon us moving in. Even the photos they took on the check in report showed these marks! They are sneaky and will try anything to keep your money. Don't recommend at all
