13th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)When Pattinsons offered to sell our property they offered a price match for their fees and failed/refused to provide a valuation. They have not actively tried to sell the property and have forced auction conditions on us and are planning to charge us considerably more than the price match promised.

11th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I bought my house through Jan Foster Estate Agents over a year ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into an absolute nightmare because of the way this company operates and, in particular, because of the behaviour of Ashley, the agent I dealt with. From the very beginning, Ashley was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, showed no patience, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a client making one of the biggest purchases of my life. Simple questions were met with attitude, poor communication, or no response at all. At times, he was outright disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable in any profession, let alone estate agency. Communication throughout the process was shocking. I was constantly left chasing for updates, clarification, and basic information that should have been provided without me having to beg for it. Deadlines were unclear, things were poorly explained, and I was often left feeling confused and stressed because no one seemed to care enough to do their job properly. Instead of being supported and guided, I felt ignored and brushed aside. Buying a home is supposed to be handled with professionalism, respect, and care. Unfortunately, that was entirely missing here. The stress, anxiety, and frustration I went through could have been avoided if Ashley and Jan Foster Estate Agents had shown even a basic level of courtesy and competence. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Jan Foster Estate Agents to think twice. Based on my experience, they lack professionalism, respect for clients, and proper communication. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. This experience left a lasting negative impression and completely took the joy out of buying my home.
22nd Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)If the devil reincarnated into a business it would be Mike Rogerson, I don’t know if they have purposely treated us like scum on the bottom of their shoe because we’re young and they’re prejudice or if it’s because they lack very simply empathy and competence. We move in August last year and the property we met with was poor standard, marks on walls, unclean, items left in storage cupboards and the worst of all mould. Under the sink and washing machine was grim completely decayed and riddle with mould, took two month to resolve and they told us to just buy washing machine cleaner, in December the mould returned to new levels, our bedroom, hall way, doors, kitchen and bathroom were covered and constantly dripping with condensation despite having windows open in the depth of winter and having a dehumidifier constantly turned on and wiping windows constantly, we reported in December and to this day has not been resolved, which comes to no shock as they have evicted us with legal minimum notice as the landlord selling the property despite it being on the market for 6 months and still up for sale, which is no surprise when the house is in the state it is, despite reporting it and an agent seeing it in February along with other issues, upon departure we’ve been told, as u can guess correctly, the house is dirty, in an unfit state, items lefts behind, problems not reported. So as we suspected it’s our fault, we’re the problem and they’re trying to with hold our deposit which we desperately need as were essentially homeless. Not enough words in the English dictionary to describe this deplorable waste of an institution. Especially Sharon, Sharon you have the emotionally capacity of a teaspoon and I think that’s too generous. Avoid at all costs

11th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Sale agreed very quickly after getting multiple offers. Sound advice provided so I could assess potential buyers and select the right one. Great guidance and attention to detail after this with Alison taking me through the process and providing regular updates on progress. Alison also chased up the buyer and their estate agent (they weren't as on the ball as she was!) regularly and liaise with my solicitor. She replied promptly to any queries and the sale progressed quickly. Whole experience was very good - would definitely use again. Thank you!

Secondly, the guys are equally professional and very responsive on text and to calls. Thirdly, there was no hassle on our side they dealt with everything. I would highly recommend.
