12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!
17th Sep 2026 (0 days ago)We had ongoing issues with the honesty and support we received from this agency during our purchase. Our independently arranged snagging inspector had a failed visit because the developer forgot the appointment and the property wasn't ready. We were charged £399 by the inspector, in line with his standard terms for a missed visit. Rather than holding the developer accountable, a staff member phoned our inspector and questioned his honesty about how the booking was made. The inspector later told us this in writing himself, describing it as "concerning." Only after he pushed back with a clear account of events did the agency admit in writing that we "certainly shouldn't be charged for a service that wasn't carried out," but no resolution was actually offered. Separately, when we queried being asked to cover the developer's solicitor's fees, our own solicitor had already explained the general process to us. Our concern was that the developer wasn't following up as agreed to justify the specific charge. Despite this, we were told the agency was "surprised our solicitor hadn't explained it", which wasn't accurate, since it had been explained. Our actual query was never properly addressed. Our experience was that when we raised legitimate concerns, the agency's instinct was to defend the developer rather than engage honestly with what we were telling them.

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended

6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)On behalf of my parents, I would like to thank Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton for all the help and support they gave them during their move. After living in their previous home for 50 years, this was a huge and emotional step, and the kindness shown by the team made such a difference.<br><br>Right from the start, Harry was patient, thoughtful and incredibly considerate. He took the time to show them around several properties, never rushing them and always making sure they felt comfortable. My dad was very poorly at the time, and Harry’s gentle manner and understanding meant a great deal to us.<br><br>Throughout the process, my parents needed a lot of reassurance, and Harry, Hugo and Caroline were always at the end of the phone keeping them updated, answering questions and easing their worries. Towards the end of the move there were a few stressful weeks, and exchange and completion had to happen on the same day. This caused a lot of anxiety for my parents, but the team at Kent did everything they could to move things forward and support them through it.<br><br>We especially wish Harry all the very best in his career as an estate agent. His kindness and thoughtfulness have been outstanding, and my parents often commented on how lovely and reassuring he was. He was always happy to take their endless phone calls, never making them feel like a bother, and his calm manner really helped them through a very stressful time.<br><br>My parents and all of our family are extremely grateful for the care, patience and professionalism shown by everyone at Kent Estates. They didn’t just help my parents buy a home; they helped them feel settled, reassured and genuinely looked after during a very significant moment in their lives. 24th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Not a completely awful experience. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

3rd Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Dear Sirs Re CEO/Property Manager @ Admiral Taverns Please find enclosed previous emails i have sent to Tom Nicols at everard cole re purchasing the above name public house. I have liaised with him for a few weeks and after having to chase him up i had a viewing at the property. I put an offer in,& again had no reply to calls or emails re the offer so i withdrew the offer. I did then manage to get hold of him and put a higher offer in again no reply, so chased him again, finally he got back to me and i replied with how i would propose my offer and conditions, 100% wanted the property as you can see from the enclosed emails but its been over a week now and he still has not bothered to reply,& again i emailed him last friday to just at least let me know and still no reply!!!?????????????????? I just wanted you to know thats how potential buyers are being treated by him and Everard Cole. Very unprofessional and disappointing as how many other buyers are being treated this way by Mr Nichols ? Im sure Admiral Taverns deserve the best professional business agency possible for their property sales, but it certainly has not happened in this case. Yours Sincerely have to say how very disappointed and disgusted i am at your very unprofessional business manner and your total disregard for replying to potential clients wishing to purchase properties through your company. AND C/O Mr T Nichols Everard Cole Its been a week since i emailed with a proposal and 4 days since i emailed asking for some clarification neither of which you have bothered to reply to and that after me having to previously chase you up too. For you not to even have the decency to reply shows how unprofessional your company is. Clients waiting to hear from you or trying to make business decisions are treated appallingly, and i have passed on my disgust to both Mr Chris Jowsey and Mr Andrew Hallam at Admiral Taverns and to make them aware of the inept service you are practising towards potential buyers of their properties.. Please do not bother to reply to me at all as there is nothing you can say to justify your incompetence..????????????

She provided excellent service throughout the whole process and was always friendly, professional, helpful and responsive. As I am not a very fluent English speaker, I especially appreciated how patient and encouraging Gabrielle was. She always made an effort to understand what I meant and made communication very easy and comfortable for me. It was a real pleasure dealing with Gabrielle, and I really appreciated her support and excellent communication throughout the process. I would also like to thank the other members of the team, who were very helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with provided excellent service and made the whole experience smooth and positive.

Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.
