20th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Both Kaush & Chris have been brilliant. We are nervous first time sellers, and could not decide which way to go over a local agency and a bigger one. We opted for Hobarts who were just really professional, and kept us informed about what was going on, even if that was not very much. Only 3 weeks later we got an offer on our flat, just before xmas, after a number of viewings. You can't ask for much more than that, with a great offer as well. Highly recommended by us.

Cheryl was fantastic for both the moving in and moving out processes, and Hida was responsive and very helpful when it came to any issues or questions we had throughout the tenancy. When issues arose they were always quick to book contractors to fix the problems quickly. The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. At one stage, it looked as though the completion date might be delayed, but they worked diligently behind the scenes to keep everything on track and ensure the sale was completed on time. A special thank you to Noora and Farhan, who were always available to help with any questions or concerns. Their responsiveness, support, and commitment made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Ellis & Co Tottenham to anyone looking to sell their property.

30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with Adam Thomas and Shannon Brosnan. Most importantly, Shannon was able to sell my flat when other estate agents had failed. I tried with two others before coming to them and they got me a good price and a great buyer. I am so relieved and grateful. Shannon is kind and helpful and really easy to deal with. I cannot rate her highly enough. I would say if you need to sell or let a property in north London, go straight to them!

Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. 19th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.
