Friendly, professional, honest and knowledgeable. The aspect I was most impressed with was the communication, he kept me up to date every step of the way with phone calls and emails. Thank you Rocco

From my initial interaction with Richard Smith, who took the time to show us the house without rushing us, to the negotiations with Jay Jones, their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. The team’s responsiveness truly impressed me. Whether I had questions, needed additional information or wanted to schedule a revisit to the property, they were always quick to respond, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Additionally, Jay excelled in facilitating communication between us and the seller, ensuring everyone in the chain was kept informed. Overall, my experience with Jay Jones and the entire Havilands team was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 9th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)If you are looking for an estate agency that's clued-up, tenacious, and just gets things done, then look no further than Fine & Country's Bishop's Stortford office. They'd come to us highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. The 'Team', headed up by Paula, with Debbie and Nikki just getting 'all' things done, this is a rare estate agency office; knowledgeable, efficient, and brilliant, I cannot recommend it enough.
24th Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)At the end of 2023, I was looking to move more centrally to rent for a period after selling my flat. I only viewed one flat, which is the one Mark showed me, as I immediately lovely it and he was super helpful and the process from then on was seamless. Any queries I had at the beginning of my move were answered fully and speedily and any issues arising during the tenancy that required the attention of the landlord (through the managing agency AW Childs) have been dealt with appropriately. Moving from owning a property to renting one is a change, and the overall professionalism of AW Childs has made this a good experience for me.

5th Oct 2024 (2 days ago)Gavin Hockett has found numerous viewings (15+) for the property that have taken place in less than two weeks since I instructed them as my agents. They priced correctly which has resulted in 5 offers, two above expected, that unfortunately had a small chain attached. I discussed with Gavin & went with a sensible offer of rim a first time buyer with another first time buyer in the wings. This company know their business, provide you with invaluable advice & more importantly check out the financial status of the buyers, not taking it off the market until a buyer can prove they can really buy the property. By being more select & taking on a smaller number of Clients they give you a much more personal service. Have been very impressed so far. Russell Burnett
