Although Natalie was working on behalf of the sellers, I believe that from when I viewed my house to the actual completion, it mattered to her that I was matched well and that my future happiness was also important to her. I have been living in Shenley since January, I love the area and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. I am enjoying making my new house a home, thank you Natalie and Craig.

We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold! The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly. A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings! I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!

From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive.<br><br>A special thank you to Georgina, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She was always approachable, responsive, and incredibly helpful—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her guidance, communication, and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.<br><br>It really made a difference working with someone who genuinely cared and was always there to help and advise. 19th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I used this company to manage 2 of my properties. The only management was to have the tenants pay into their account, take their cut and transfer to me. After 2 years, I took over the management myself. They then refused to forward the inventory reports, which I had paid them for! Beware!

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
21st Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

Even how to have the flat looking and getting ready for viewings.<br>Next easy to sort viewings, flexible with times. Updated me when needed to, replied Promptly and made it happen real quick. She really was a lovely person.<br>So thanks Hobdays, see you again in the future. Thanks for selling flat in Seabrook Court. Lesley
