30th Jun 2024 (6 mo. ago)Been a tenant for 2 and a half year and our experience was very good. They have some fairly automated process to deal with maintenance and requests. My only suggestion would be to improve the leaving process as it is quite confusing since there are a few things that needs to be done and it was quite a stressing process that could have gone more smooth. One example of this is that they can arrange for contractors to clean the house at a better price and without me having to deal with all the hassle, sadly I learned about this when I was just about moving out so mentioning this as soon as possible and several times would be great. (part my fault I didnt ask further, but I was given the numbers so I though it was up to me)

18th Dec 2021 (3 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

Kiya displayed exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process, combined with great interpersonal skills that made every interaction just really easy and enjoyable. Kiya was friendly, approachable, and could tell was genuinely invested in helping us get our perfect home! It was a real pleasure to do business with Kiya and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent!

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
1st Aug 2022 (2 years ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,

However these guys came out on top with contact, knowing what I was looking for and showing me amazing properties to my tastes. Definitely would recommend Carolyn and Carter as they were the best in what they did and I was registered with a few but these guys ave you the personal touch, that you mattered. Loved and would highly recommend.
