18th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)So far my experience with Proctors has been very positive. They have provided regular updates on the property and have acted very professionally.
8th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.

4th Dec 2023 (24 weeks ago)The Robert Leech Lingfield team are great, we recently bought a property via them in Dormansland; Christine and Mark helped every step of the way going above and beyond, managing the chain, managing the expectations of everyone when the chain was delayed. Kept us informed every step of they way and have fantastic local knowledge. Highly recommended

He ensured the property is arranged and made to suite our request. Right from the day of viewing to the day we received our keys, the communication was top notch ???????? Thank you so much to everyone on the team, that worked hard and tirelessly for us to get a place to call home. Highly recommended agency ????, you'll never regret choosing them.
5th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Initial advice maybe didn’t work out so well to market before Xmas and at higher price not so worth it, however I appreciate the ‘don’t ask don’t get’ approach. From there the comms were strong and the handover from sales to after sales was seamless. Always a stressful process, but could see the effort being put in to drive process and the patience when it got stressful was impressive

Not only did he match us with our perfect home, but he also introduced us to a wonderful landlord. Every step of the way, from initial viewings to the referencing process and finally taking over the property, was incredibly smooth thanks to Martin's team expertise and attention to detail. Communication was seamless, kept informed every step of the way, ensuring that we were always in the loop. The entire experience was a testament to the agency's dedication to providing top-notch service. I would highly recommend Victor Chandler to anyone in search of a rental/selling/buying property, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thank you, Martin, and the entire team, for making our transition into our new home such a positive experience!

While managing my rental they were supportive and kept me informed, acting promptly when necessary. Friendly helpful service every time I contacted them. Honesty and good advice when subsequently selling said property. Excellent job everyone and a big thank you again.

They have been friendly, honest, organised, on the ball and courteous at all times. Recommended.
18th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)I thought so many times about to do a review as I don’t like to talk badly, but Me and my colleagues were treated so unfair that people should know how they hand things around. We had a contract with them About 7 years, the first agent we had was very good but she left the company and we have to deal with Cherelle very rude, the kitchen ceiling fell due to a problem in the bathroom above, they spent a year saying they would fix it we paid the rent on time, then they asked for the house during the lockdown and did not return the deposit saying it was a room even if I showed my contract. she was treating us badly, playing the fact that I am an immigrant did not understand English very well. in the end I was so stressed by the situation that I just left the house without claiming my rights that they know we cools a compensation for having made me live with the kitchen in that situation and a house full of mood, so think carefully before doing business with them

Matthew acted extremley quickly with putting our house on the market and advised us well throughout the process. Homezone have great knowledge and experience in the industry and this showed when we needed their guidance. Sam and Denise are both great in the office and were also very helpful with great communication. We highly recommend Homezone to anyone

6th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Avoid this agent at all cost. Called them at 9am the day after an ad was posted. They said that line was busy so I tried calling a few times to no avail. Repeated this for the next few days and got the same response - "busy line, we will request an urgent callback". 2 weeks later, no responses still.

Turning up late for appointments, double booking appointments, had long periods of no viewings, no contact from them, no feedback until we asked, it was 12 long weeks (contracted in) of sheer frustration. Would not recommend at all.
29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We were recommended to Maison and have to say had slight reservations about the performance of an on line agent but OMG how wrong we were Damian and Zac where totally amazing contactable all the time, always came back to us if we called and left a message, handled everything promptly and sorted out any problems as they came along. 2nd Jan 2024 (20 weeks ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.
