24th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Of three agents in Caterham, we selected Hamptons, not because they said they could get us the highest price, but because they believed in the estimate they gave and it was aligned with what we believed too! A few minor hiccups in comms at the beginning but once sorted the service was excellent. We had several of their sales staff show people around and Elliot brought the winning couple over and handled the comms from there. The sale and onwards purchase was fraught with challenges and took way longer than it would with issues in the chain (of 7 properties). None of them related to our sale or purchase, but Elliot was instrumental in having the whole chain talking to each other and providing almost daily updates. and speedy responses to any email we sent. (Thanks Elliot!). A special mention also to Carrie who took over while Elliot was away without missing a beat and was also very forceful?????? at making things happen. (Thanks to you too Carrie!) All in all, a great experience. Thanks to the whole team behind the scenes too, you know who you are.

25th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Chattertons helped us to sell our house (that they helped us buy 5 years ago!) and we were beyond happy with their service, they’ve helped many of family members too so can thoroughly recommend! Not only did they help keep our buyers happy and patient but they also consulted on our onward purchase and went above and beyond many times giving their expert advice on the market, negotiating and more. It was great to know you had someone on your side in something that can often be intimidating and frustrating. Jen was handling our case and she was great throughout. You won’t be disappointed with Chattertons. Thanks so much to Doug and everyone for your help
21st Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We were really disappointed with the service we received selling our house through Maguire Baylis. The minute we had buyers on board, we were forgotten. We had to get all of our information through our solicitor and the estate agent we were buying our new property through. It came to completion day and they didn’t even call us to say we had completed. Again, both our solicitor called us with congratulations and the estate agent we were buying through. I found this level of care so disappointing. A few weeks went by and after everyone I had spoken to was shocked by this, I decided to give Maguire Baylis a call to see what actually happened and why we were so forgotten. I received an apology on the phone and told I was going to be emailed… the email never arrived….

Thank you Allen Heritage, contractor(s) and overall team. A big shout out to the Shirley branch ????????????. Most appreciated.- 29th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

27th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
