They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need. I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Selmams . They marketed my Hendon apartment and found me a very good tenant . More importantly they carry out due diligence on perspective tenants which , as it turned out , saved me allot of issues down the line after they discovered that a possible tenant submitted forged bank statements as proof of income as part of Selmams stringent vetting process . They have now managed my property for a year and have been very professional throughout - arranging any small maintenance issues and always keeping me updated on the goings on within my property . Nick has been a star - as has Delilah and Chris

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I have used Redac Strattons to find tenants for my flat for over 20 years. They always find tenants promptly for me and there has never been a delay with rent receipt. This year Miri did a really excellent job calmly and efficiently, dealing with arranging a number of visits, last-minute issues with the tenancy agreement,, a change in moving in date and 3 tenants in different places. She also helped with understanding the new legislation.
