11th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)We selected Reeds Rains- Gosforth as our agent because they seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the market for our property. They recommended an asking price that was higher than our expectation, and were prompt in finding a buyer within a short time scale. Their fee for their services was both reasonable and the most competitive. We were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and their promptness in answering all our queries. We highly recommend Reeds Rains to any prospective seller.

They said they tried to phone me despite them having my phone number, email details etc and them phoning me this week already to confirm the viewing...

10th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)No emails replied to. Attitude of agent terrible! Very disrespectful and negative of my elderly parents home!! Went elsewhere and had no problems- 2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Your Move Wallsend handled the recent sale of my daughter’s flat. The property was advertised and “ Sold” by Your Move literally within days! But that is only half the story. The buyers solicitors were “ Shocking !” , as a result the conveyance process took “ Months and Months”. We had paid up front for the transaction, hence “Your Move” could have sat back and done nothing. However this could not be further from what actually took place. Sarah, the branch manager and all the staff, Harry, Jessica, Chloe and Jess R worked tirelessly with both the future owner and ourselves to push the transaction through. They contacted the buyers solicitors on almost a daily basis, asking for updates and attempting to push the process. This was followed up by regular updates to us and the buyer. Even further to this, one of the company partners “ Darren” was brought into the equation and he proactively engaged with the buyers solicitor on our behalf.<br>I accept this is a very wordy review, but I feel it is a valuable description for prospective users of “ Your Move” to let them know, even paying up front, the service you will get is second to none! Most people do not go through the process of buying and selling houses on a regular basis, so it is important to be very careful who you use in this process!<br>Thank you Sarah and everyone else at “ Your Move” we really appreciate everything you did for us.

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

Lorraine mailed me or called me with updates, facilitated comms with the seller, I felt like I was aware of everything going on. Would use them again and thank you MR!!

They were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish, always keeping us updated and doing everything they could to keep things moving smoothly. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent, and they were always on hand whenever we had a question. We really appreciated all their help and support and would have no hesitation in recommending Embleys to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The whole team in Forest Hall were helpful every step of the way, providing updates and patiently answering my questions, and towards the end Nicola really went above and beyond to get my sale over the line. Can't recommend them enough!
2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Really recommend Next2Buy, it was quick and easy to get the house on the market and it sold within 10 days after around 15 viewings. Unfortunately, things beyond our control meant the sale took over eight months, but Next2Buy were there at every step, helping us through the stress. A special mention for Wendy who spoke to me every week with updates and helped us through a very stressful few months! Thank you Next2Buy!

From the first contact I was reassured I’d chosen the right place and being a small company it was a lot more personable. The communication throughout was professional and I didn’t need to keep on top of things as everything was in hand and went smoothly. Thank you for such a great service.

They were so kind and got us booked in very quickly and then went above and beyond to finish our survey within a couple of days to help us meet our completion date.
