Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

16th May 2026 (4 days ago)Michael and Goldschmidt have been extremely helpful, friendly and pro/(re)active in the process of selling our flat. The flat was smartly advertised and we had a steady stream of viewings and offers. When an initial offeror withdrew unexpectedly, we nonetheless turned it around quickly, and found another buyer readily, and at a higher price to boot, thanks to Michael's good advice. We found our experience with Goldschmidt well above what we have experienced with other agencies. Thanks Michael and thanks G team! P & K

20th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)Shadey agency who refuses to send me my rental statements as proof they've received rent from me during my tenancy. Shoddy record keeping and billing practices by issuing me an invoice for rent after expiration of my tenancy and failing to keep their portal correct with updated information regarding tenancy end date. They hide behind an excuse of miscommunication despite there being a clear record of communication on these specific details. Lettings manager and agent undertook to send me my rental statements on 17 April - requested on the 15th- its the 20th April today and still nothing, despite this being my personal data. I'd never trust them or recommend them to anyone.

16th May 2026 (4 days ago)As a first time buyer, you always have reservations about estate agents trying to sell you a flat so trust me when I say I don’t think I’ll ever go with another estate agency again. Gemma was on it in a way I have never seen before - refreshingly honest, accommodating, attentive, and went the extra marathon (not mile). She was transparent through the negotiations, so engaged in the legal aspects and chased on my solicitors who were the worse. She single handedly was the reason we managed to complete this year, was the reason I had a bed after my solicitors messed up and left me without furniture. Give her a raise and buy your property from her !!!

He helped me and my boyfriend very quickly, and I’m really happy that we found this room. I’m very grateful to him, and most importantly, he continued to help us with all our questions even afterwards. For me, this is the best agency in London

16th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

1st May 2026 (19 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????

They went above and beyond—not only assisting with the sale itself, but also helping to secure short-term tenants and guiding me through a deed of variation. A special thank you must go to Millie, who worked tirelessly to see the sale through to completion. Her knowledge, professionalism, and clear, consistent communication were outstanding from start to finish. Ben was supportive and informative throughout the offering process, and once our offer was accepted, Hannah in the sales progression team was so proactive with solicitors on both sides to make sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Their help and expertise meant the sale went through as early as it could have done and their communication throughout was fantastic. During the sales process, Josh was so helpful and accommodating in showing us around the property as we made plans for renovations, and we felt like the whole team couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend working with this fantastic team whether you're buying or selling.
