Contracts are done on time, communications are straight and to the point, any issues are resolved quickly. Gian is always very helpful, professional and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with.

The KFH team were excellent at securing multiple viewings eventually securing a buyer for my flat. Thank you so much Paul and Candy and I cannot recommend your services enough.

Even though the market is tough in London at the moment, they provided good advice and worked hard to sell my flat. The agent I dealt with, Gemma, was fantastic on all aspects! She was persistent, communicated throughout, negotiated as much as she could, and even got involved with the council and the buyer’s lawyer to move things along. I would recommend her in a heartbeat !

They handle all aspects of the tenancy - they've always provided great advice on getting the best rental price, finding new tenants, covering all areas of compliance and ensuring that I comply with my obligations as a landlord. Terri Tristram is my contact there, and she always provides proactive, speedy and helpful advice. I'm very happy to be working with them.
22nd Mar 2026 (13 days ago)This is long overdue post and probably coming in very late but I believe this is extremely important and should be out there for people to see. I had a terrible experience with Rouge Properties last year around August when I tried renting a property through them in Northampton. The property was marketed on their official website but unfortunately they ended up taking no responsibility about it when things went all wrong and blamed it on the concierge taking care of the property. The property I am talking about is an apartment in Northampton House. What stood out for me was the audacity from the team for not refunding my deposit money even when they failed to deliver the property ready on the said date. Not to forget that the team includes people who when you confront them will literally shout at you, stop responding to your emails or even threaten you. Beware of Nazneen and the team because when they have zero understanding of the property, they try and give you details only when the deposit is paid and treat you as someone absolutely worthless because now they know you are stuck. I chose peace and let go of the deposit but in hind sight I can't believe they were this unprofessional throughout my experience.

They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.

The whole process moved along smoothly and he helped make what can sometimes be a stressful experience much easier. Really appreciate his help and would happily recommend him and the letting agency to anyone looking for a place.

She quickly grasped what I was looking for and found me a property that genuinely feels perfect. After working with several other agents beforehand, i knew i wanted to stick with Lillie once i found her. At no point did I feel like I was being 'sold to' - instead she kept me fully informed, managed expectations and navigated the inevitable stress of a complex chain with confidence and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goldschmidt & Howland to anyone buying or selling and I would absolutely work with them again.

Selling a property long distance is not easy but Allan and Jason ensured everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date.
