The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.

22nd Aug 2026 (2 days ago)I am very impressed by Graham Cohen local market knowledge, professional service. Though I failed yp sell my flat due the market situation and withdraw it, I will come back to Graham when the market is right or the current tenant leaves.

Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

Our experience with them was by far the best Landlord experience I have ever had.<br><br>They have been supportive and accommodating from the start, without the pressurising atmosphere I have experienced with some agents. Living Residential were professional, supplying us all the relevant documents and information promptly, and happy to advise on any questions or queries. Our referencing was a bit complicated as we had recently lived/worked abroad, but they helped us through the documentation.<br><br>They have been easy to contact throughout our tenancy, responding usually within the hour or at least within the working day. They have been very quick to action to any issues we have experienced, with no hesitation to step in and help.<br><br>I would highly recommend Living residential to anyone looking to rent in this area.<br><br>We felt very well taken care of, which greatly contributed to a wonderful year in the apartment. Thank you very much!

21st Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park team are just outstanding- from the moment I started the journey on selling our home, Louis and Billy Boyle were there ievery step of the way. When we found buyer, it went to another level. When things get caught up, as they always do, Louis was offering solutions, advice and moving all parties along. They are not just doing a sales job when they come into your home to pitch to sell it, they are a team that genuinely care and support you every step of the way.
