6th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)AVOID USING FOREFRONT, use someone more reputable. Lack of communication, when that communication does come it’s unclear & muddled up with communication from all other parties. Our estate agent left the company midway through the process & the person picking it up had no clue about the process nor wanted to get bought up to speed. 4 months into the process, after waiting patiently, we were asked if we had a mortgage offer??? The one rare time we got any communication from Forefront, the estate agent handled the situation very poorly, leaving a sour taste in our mouth. Safe to say we will never be using forefront again & I strongly advise you not to use forefront, use someone more reputable like Richard James, Haart or Charles Harding.

Nikki was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always friendly, professional and quick to respond to any enquiries. She made the experience smooth and stress-free. 21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Connells Swindon Old Town went above and beyond to make our move happen. It was incredibly difficult with many stumbling blocks but Connells was always there to help.<br><br>Brandon in particular stood out, negotiating a better deal for our purchase when we were forced to take a lower offer to keep our chain intact, wrangling the various difficult parties and solicitors and always keeping me updated and in-the-know, and providing some much-needed reassurance amongst the chaos.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Holly, who, when our first sale fell through and threatened to dissolve our chain, immediately stepped in with a first-time buyer already in mind and ready to go ahead. We had a new buyer in place within a few days.<br><br>The whole team, from sign-on to admin to viewings, were nothing short of fantastic. Some people complain that estate agents aren't worth the money. I can categorically say that Connells Old Town was. We couldn't have moved without them, and I doubt another estate agent would have done anywhere near as much for us.

George and Craig were friendly, personable, and it really felt like they wanted to sell my house for me, not just for themselves. Heidi and Hollie in the office were also fantastic – always helpful and quick to respond if I needed anything.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!

Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

9th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Promised regular updates from dedicated person but had 4 calls in 6 months from a different person each time! When i got so frustrated with there lack of interest i decided to cancel i emailed them and the only response i got was “there is a button on your account to cancel your listing” No Customer service and no care at all. 6 months wasted and i would never use again and will now go with a traditional estate agent.

8th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.

When the offers came in, she broke each one down clearly, flagged the details that mattered, and made sure we understood every option before we decided. She was patient, responsive, and never pushy — just honest, expert guidance the whole way through.<br>By the time we accepted, we felt completely confident in our decision. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)From the start of this process, Chloe and Lauren showed high professionalism, and most importantly, a human touch. They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!
