14th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.

It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.

8th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
28th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)I have had a very positive experience with the estate agents as they were kind and understanding with my situation,first contact was with Tianah that was very professional and courteous then proceeded with Natalie that was involved in every single step of the way since she took over all the way to the end,cannot be thankful enough with the ladies that I will definitely visit them when my schedule allows me,I would highly recommend working with the above named (could be others too but haven’t dealt with someone else yet) for their involvement and kindness and friendly.<br><br>Keep up ladies as you are a real asset to the company you are working for and you definitely deserve a praise.<br><br>Thank you,again.
